Backstory: Akiko is the sole daughter of the ex-champion of apartment wrestling, Keiko Azuma. Born just after Keiko lost her crown, she was coddled and treat well by her mother, though she was rarely ever allowed outside, meaning she never had much social interaction. Once she got into her teens, Akiko asked about her mother's legacy, and her mother was quick to tell her, thing her of her heroics during a variety of fights. Though this did intrigue her, it never really made her eager to join.
That was, until she saw one of her mothers fights. Upon seeing it, she got curious to see what it was like. However, as she was about to ask her mother, Akiko noticed that her mother had already packed their bags. Akiko was horrified to learn that her mother had already booked them flights to Tokyo to compete in LAW, the biggest league around. With no real say in the matter, Akiko was off to fight in the big leagues.
Personality: Unlike her energetic mother, Akiko is rather shy and reserved. She can be hostile if her or her mother is talked down upon, but can also be very endearing if talked to calmly. She hasn't got the competitive spirit of her mother, but she will not quit, even when in dire circumstances.
