__The usual refinement of London was never an option the moment Roisin was born in Camden under working class family, too poor to afford another child. The neglect pushed Roisin to absorb the life around Camden, known for its punk and metal scene. Her hair drifted towards being unkempt, fashion shifted to fit in, makeup to darken her facial features, and studs and piercings found their way to what create the final image of Roisin. Her build still supports a slightly lithe one though she does fill out some of her figure with the tone of muscle.
Personality
__If you compared Roisin to a plant, she'd be a cactus. Resilient to the conditions and a hardy but still possessing a flower and fruit to those that know how to look for it with her. The punk metal motif is in her core, rooted in firmly anti-establishment and independent attributes. She is an activist for human rights and accepting of all walks of life and whatever you want to be. Both often meld into her being a delinquent towards others but not a delinquent to the people who don't deserve it. She'll give everyone a chance, sometimes many chances, to get it right, but she'll grow hostile if it doesn't seem like you are on the same page as her.

__Strategy Variety is spice so Roisin hasn't limited herself to one style of offense. She has the strength to lift most opponents and slam them if she wanted to. The technicals and submissions she knows how to set up from prior leagues so she'll lock those in if she wants to. Strikes are a no brainer and slightly favored to her origins but they are by no means the end all. The only thing she tend to slightly avoid is any high flying maneuvers as the payoff doesn't seem that worth it but she is a daredevil so she doesn't mind a leap to come crashing down. Diversity in her moveset does make her the master of no particular area but better to be creative then rigid in her opinion.

For those that aren't in the know, Camden in London had developed as punk or alternative style area. Heavy Metal and Grunge were about as typical as the leather, piercings, and tattoos. Tourism has sort of washed some of the grime away from the district but it still exists if you know where to go. Her origins here helped mold her into a resilient fighter with street fights and bar brawls occurring regularly in the underground Camden scene. The seediest and grungiest bars had often been a melting pot of people to create a nightly volatile mix once you added in alcohol. Fights might not have happened every night but they were common enough that even Roisin got into a few scraps. She has a scrappy nature and developed a "win at any cost" mentality, willing to play dirty to do so. She has taken more than a few hits as well and can stand on her own two feet in a fight.

BIW was the progression of Roisin's youth to carving out a career for herself. It started with a few openings in some of the local venues where you'd just pound a few bevs before signing your name on the list to maybe be offered a chance to fight in the ring that night. That wasn't BIW official but it was Camden official as you fought an opponent in a tiny ring in the corner of a basement pub somewhere. That was where BIW liked to pluck candidates for their league, however, and that was how Roisin made her debut. She had never liked her birth name, opting quickly to absolve herself of it with her preferred identity and choosing the name Tulli for herself, but it became the inspiration for her first gimmick. Poison. She played up some more heelish tendencies but was fell into the rhythm quickly and earned herself a fandom. She'd ride her early adult life here before growing bored of the UK and wanting to venture elsewhere in life.
