Hana Ito...unlike a majority of her family in Asia...grew up in England, exploring the vastly different areas of Europe from a young age, between visiting family back home in Japan. During these formative years of her life, Hana developed a spirited rivalry with her younger cousin Akari. The two always got into arguments and small, silly competitions...Foot races, games, arm wrestling, trivia...if they could turn it into a competition, they most certainly would. This competitive nature drove both of them to become the very best at whatever they wanted to do, in hopes of outshining the other. It made family gatherings very entertaining, as relatives were eager to see which of the two would come out on top during their usual back-and-forth moments.
Eventually, this culminated in Hana taking an interest in professional wrestling after seeing how Akari excelled at it, catching news of her dive into the sport from her parents, always watching her young cousin fight...struggle...and win. Every moment Akari was on her screen was electrifying. It was captivating, mesmerizing...it lit a fire within Hana, something she never felt before, even when they were together butting heads as they usually did. It didn't infuriate Hana to see Akari succeed and surpass her...it merely MOTIVATED her. The half-Japanese, half-British woman decided to start her own wrestling journey.
While she was originally pining to become a fashion designer, Hana opted to take her career down a new path, beginning a small start-up business where she designed exquisite and unique wrestling gear for indie talent, making them stand out from their basic and bland peers while making a name for herself. Hana managed to build a solid reputation before even beginning her training. After making all the right connections, Hana found herself with some of the best and sharpest trainers the United Kingdom had to offer. Hana decided that if Akari had taken Japan by storm, Hana would do the same in her own backyard, venturing across Europe's indie circuit and building herself up until she reached her cousin's level again. She put herself through rigorous amounts of conditioning, trying to find the perfect area for her to chase after.
And thus, the Suplex Princess was born, with Hana developing a style emboldened with English Catch-Style wrestling, paired with stiff strikes from Japan's joshi-style...another way she could outperform her darling cousin yet again. Hana ADORED the art of suplexes, as there was rarely a moment as exciting as being able to completely overpower your foe, snatch their entire body, and take control of them so handily. To slam someone into the canvas was like playing with a figurine, altering their whole world and perspective at your whim, deciding when and how their universe would come crashing down. After a few years of hard work, a handful of title reigns, and establishing connections across continents, Hana found herself in LAW's proximity, making the jump across the pond to make some waves and meet some fresh competition. After conquering Britain, the ever-eager Princess of Suplexes was looking for another kingdom to conquer...
Personality: Unlike others who merely tout the title of 'Princess' like some fancy badge of honor, Hana brings a commanding and regal presence to the ring, filled to the brim with confidence and determination, paired with a smarmy, posh attitude. She sees herself as pro-wrestling excellence, and has quite the resume to prove it, given her time abroad. She's not some whiny brat who complains whenever things don't go her way. She's a true royal through and through, in and out of the ring. A true princess does not whine...she works within the confines of her station until she's achieved what she desires. Hana is a woman of focus, commitment, and sheer will, often working relentlessly to uphold the prestige she's created for herself. For as haughty and self-absorbed as she may seem, all of that stems from a baseline of confidence and dedication. Hana is not confident because she has the moniker of 'Princess'. She's confident because she EARNED it. Her body has been toughened throughout many battles, and she is no stranger to hard work.
Outside the ring, she can be a little more approachable, often being the first to introduce herself and start a conversation. She never stumbles over herself, always walking and talking with a distinct sense of conviction and pride, never wavering...never faltering. She's a reliable hand and steadfast ally; a genuine friend to those who earn her respect and match her drive. Hana is known to tease people she's somewhat familiar with on occasion. She's an open flirt at times and is quite imposing, especially around her cousin, Akari, with whom she has a competitive...though friendly...history.

Strategy: Lady Hana prefers to dismantle her opponents with a surgical and methodical style of offense. She will bring them to the ground with quick takedowns and slams before pummeling them with stiff blows and punishing them with tight submissions, targeting joints and core areas...paying homage to both her Japanese and British roots with her combination of joshi-style strikes and catch-style holds. After 'loosening' her opponent up, Hana will proceed to throw them around like a rag doll, dedicating the latter half of the match to executing the most dominant and explosive slams anyone can witness, with a HUGE emphasis on suplexes and suplex variants. If there's any one move Hana can say she's mastered, it's the suplex. To her, feeling the ring tremble and rattle beneath her boots and body after slamming someone across its surface is one of the most satisfying moments there is, giving her a rush like no other that provides the perfect shot of adrenaline and confidence as she asserts herself as an unstoppable force within the ring's confines. While an accomplished and professional competitor, Hana isn't above getting a little handsy in the ring, humiliating her opponents to a degree that heightens the level of domination on display, driving home the point that she is, in fact, the better woman and wrestler in every category imaginable.
