Katsuragi is bubbly, optimistic, and full of energy, never letting her frequent losses bring her down. Lucky much like her name implies, is a person who always has to deal being lucky and unlucky in her life. Born into a small rural town in Japan, Katsuragi grew up with a reputation for being a walking laugh riot for anyone around for her unpredictable luck, and she got into wrestling after her idol/dancer career failed, leading to her trying to use gambling as a way to get money back. It didn't work, so she used wrestling as a way to try and make some cash, and ironically it worked, shockingly winning her first match after being mistaken for a wrestler, but still being able to get a massive payday after a well timed hurricanrana. Katsuragi loves to entertain, often using cheap tactics to comical effect, doing playful trash talk (sometimes by accident), and most of all doing her "Go! Go! Dance!" Which involves her stopping mid match, and attempting to do her full dance to "boost her stats" for a higher chance to win (Whether this works or not is not always true, infact it often doesn't)." Katsu has done a lot in her career, having had some of the wildest matches ever, I mean your wrestlers cool and all but have they ever wrestled in a "Mega Death Lottery Roulette Death match"? THEY HAVEN'T CUZ LUCKYS THE ONLY ONE WHO HAS. Lucky strives to get to a point where she doesn't have to worry about debt and can just always support her friends with money, which she sometimes leads to her gambling again like with horse race betting, but also literally having religious objects from like multiple religions that will "bring her good luck", which may not work but she just has a pile of them. Somehow she just ends up being in the craziest most nonsensical situation imaginable, but never breaks character about it, simply playing along as if she was ready for the situation. Despite her goofy nature, Katsuragi has a deep determination to keep improving and believes her luck will always turn around, and even though she doesn't always take herself seriously, she is quick to comfort and protect her friends, charging head first into to any challenge, even when the odds aren't in her favor!
