Amy is a well-endowed Esper girl in her early 20s with a short bob-cut red hair, resembling a tomato in both color and shape. She has long bangs as well and it even hangs down the sides of her face a bit. Amy has water blue eyes and a smooth skin, just like her younger sister. She has long legs and large breasts, comparably bustier than her younger sister. She has defined arm and leg muscles but only the faintest definition on her abs compared to her younger sister's. She always has a grin on her face, though she lacks fangs unlike her younger sister. Like her younger sister, Amy also has soft rose-colored cheeks. Amy will also always try and wear bunny ears and a tail. She thinks it's cute and suits her personality.

Amy is a breezy, carefree and doting elder sister. She likes to laugh, she likes to joke and even if she's been fighting her whole life, she doesn't get very serious. She is good and trains a lot, but isn't a perfectionist and has no one in her life other than her younger sister to tell her that she must win. She prefers to win but as long as the competition is good, then she can handle a loss. Amy is outgoing and loves to be around people and have fun and talk to whoever she can. She is concerned with others problems and will help them if she can. She feels like she's in a good place in her life and just wants to enjoy the things she's worked for. She also harbors an interest towards Daiki, who's also her younger sister's crush as well.

- Amy was based on a character by Tatyina, just like her younger sister Gabbie. She was going to be called Nicole Minato, but to avoid confusion with Nicole Evans, she was named Amy Minato instead, inspired by Amy Yuuzuki (and her great great granddaughter Ami-neesan) from Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger. Her appearance was based on her original inspo's faceclaim, Charlotte E. Yeager from Strike Witches. Her hair and skin color strikes a resemblance to Condor from Streets of Rage 4, both being redheads.
- Amy's birthday is 26th of March, the same date as the debut of the Minato siblings' original inspiration by Tatyina selves back in 2015. Her image animal is a rabbit.
- Amy has a huge appetite, and she loves to eat whenever she goes out with her younger sister and Daiki. It's not a rare moment to hear Amy's stomach grumble, including during matches. She also loves collecting plushies, exercising, sparring with her younger sister or her friends, watching anime, playing video games and cooking. Her specialty in cooking is poutine, a traditional Canadian dish that consists of fries doused in gravy and topped with cheese curds. She's also good at making pancakes. Her favorite food are sweet fruits such as apples and peaches, carrots (especially carrot sticks dipped in ranch dressing), maple syrup, sandwiches (hamburgers and bagel sandwiches), cream puffs, waffles and ice cream. She has a sweet tooth.
- Amy dislikes perverts, green vegetables (especially broccolis and green peas) and spicy food. Unlike her younger sister, she could not handle spicy food since her younger sister used to eat a lot of them back in Thailand. She also has a fear of blood.
