Born in Tokyo, Homura was raised in a pretty average household in terms of finance. Her mother died at an early age forcing her father to retire from pro-wrestling so that he could be less on the road and be home to raise his daughter. His decision to stay home cost them financially and his father had to do odd jobs to make meet ends. Homura was given a good education and despite her being a smart woman, she had always excelled at sports, especially combat sports. Much like her father, Homura would have a deep passion over Joshi style wrestling and had taken a keep interest in it early on thanks to her father. She would often train with him, try out for the school wrestling team among participating in other sports. Her father soon got ill which forced her to not to go university and join local leagues in Japan as a young and up coming wrestler to provide for herself and her father. Her motivation to become the best is driven by her responsibility, aiming to be scouted by a big time wrestling league so that she could become famous and have enough finances to provide for herself and her father.

Homura had always had a hard time showing emotions, she was quite the stoic girl but her emotions would run wild when she would be in the ring. Most people who knew her outside the ring would always see her as calm, stoic and level headed. Those in the ring would also say the same unless they would really push her to her limit, causing her to act out. Her aggression and cocky nature can be seen when she is pushed to her limit by a worthy opponent.
