▌ History
- Born and raised in Hawaii. Mikala grew up near the water, where the beach was her playground and her first gym. She learned to swim before she could read well, and she spent her teenage years surfing and paddling. By her early twenties, that strength and ocean sense had made her one of the youngest lifeguards at her beach. Mikala got her dream job, working as a lifeguard at the beach near where she group up at was all she ever wanted. However, she quickly realized that she needed something more exciting. The Island Goddess wanted to spread her wings and go beyond the island.

After leaving her job as the lifeguard, she moved to California. Mikala started work as a yoga instructor. She quickly learned that life in a busy city in a large state was quite different from her life in a small community Island. However, she got exposed to more people, more cultures, and she loved making new friends in the city and telling them about her culture and life at the Island in Hawaii. One day, she got introduced to a local wrestling show. Mikala instantly fell in love with it~ The action, the drama, the roar of the crowd and most of all, she saw the competitive sparkle in her eyes lit up! Although she was not trained in the art of combat sports, she knew that her years of training as a lifeguard and flexibility as a yoga teacher would give her the edge.

Then came her transition to professional wrestling. She knew someone through her yoga classes who introduced her to a trainer at a wrestling gym in San Diego California. Mikala knew this was her calling in life. The next two years, she spent training to become to a pro wrestler. Like everything else that she did in her life, she excelled in her training thanks to her tenacity, grit, flexibility and stretch. She joined a small indie promotion and began to rise in her popularity where she earned the alias "The Island Goddess".

Mikala was hooked right away. The ring. The rivalries. The tough matches. The chanting of the crowd. After spending a couple of years at the indie promotion, she was now signed with LAW thanks to her in ring ability, charisma and confidence. At 30, she’s a rising star with her eyes on the top title at LAW.

▌ Personality
-Mikala is warm, sweet, and friendly, with a ready smile for fans, colleagues, and staff. She also carries herself like a goddess. Her kind attitude mixed with her confidence in herself, coupled with a haughty side to her make her a fan favourite type of gal! Being on the mature side, Mikala also she sticks up for smaller wrestlers and underdogs, and she’ll step between a bully and a rookie without a second thought. For the Island Goddess, its all about putting up a show and giving it your all. She loves to fight to the end, and as long as she and her opponent gives everything in the ring- the result does not bother her.

Despite that, she had a s strong desire to become a champion one day Her goal is to become the face of the whole company and bring an island-style title run to the main stage.

► Her last name "Kekoa" means “brave one” or “warrior” in Hawaiian.
