Personality
Aino is generally a pretty cheerful and adventurous young woman, equipped with quite some sharpness and creativity, showcasing her big brain and broad imagination, and surprisingly sociable for a Finn. Being well educated, she has ample confidence in herself and her ability to find success in life, even in tricky or unfamiliar situations. It is seamless for her to remain in charge of her composure and behavior, being very adept at emotional regulation. While most of the time she is rather genuine, she is very capable of putting on a performance too. She has a lot of ambition in life – even if it can often be directed at pursuing different goals and directions at once.
Inside a wrestling ring though, Aino strives to make herself appear like a much more mysterious and unpredictable character – like the Northern Lights. While in her primary style, she loves to assume a role as the crowd favorite babyface, her attitude towards her opponents can vary a lot, or even be wildly different. It’s all a conscious effort to make herself appear as unpredictable as possible for her opponents, in order to benefit from their confusion. She can just as well take in the punishment and pain with her spirits seemingly extinguished, and then suddenly come to life and deliver brutal blows out of nowhere to shock the crowds.
Secondary Ring Personalities
As “The Polar Night”: In her black attire, Aino tries to adopt a decidedly “evil” – yet, still not overly harmful – attitude and behavior, often going out of her way to make herself appear as unruly, mischievous, naughty, or mean. Often, she does this with a smile on her face though, making it pretty evident that it’s still a performance that she’s just putting on, not really reflective of her inherent nature. But it’s still her little evil ring persona!
As “The Snowy Wight”: While her other alt persona is very clearly defined, in her white attire, Aino becomes anything but. On the surface, she tends to adopt a very meek, subdued, innocent, tame, or even submissive presence… Only to be capable of suddenly breaking that façade with the most horrific moves or actions imaginable. She imagines herself as almost like a ghostly spirit, whom you can torment to your heart’s content – until the ghost suddenly becomes alive, and is thirsty for redemption in the form of your blood.

Wrestling Information
Strategy: Outcharm, outrun, outlast, outsmart.
Charming the crowds is essential – she strives to utilize her cute, adorable looks, her smarts, and her athletic background to create an awesome performance, leaving the crowds inevitably on her side, and gasping in amazement
The longer she can utilize her quick feet and agility to keep herself out of her opponent’s clutches, the easier the match will be for her
If she gets caught in her opponent’s clutches or thrown around in the ring, utilizing her well-developed endurance can enable her to fight through impressive amounts of punishment
When her opponent is finally frustrated or running out of ideas, it’s time to come up with something clever that they can’t expect, and take a shock victory by outsmarting her opponent. The more unpredictable she can be, the better
She can resort to naughtier or technically somehow cheating moves too if it appears to be the smartest thing to do, yet is likely to come out of it still looking all innocent, or like it was all just a little accident.
Secondary Ring Strategies
As “The Polar Night”: Main differentiator is that in her black attire, Aino is likely to apply outright heelish moves right from the start, with the clear aim of establishing dominance, with less care for how the crowds would react to her antics.
As “The Snowy Wight”: In her white attire, Aino’s unpredictability is turned up to the maximum. Initially, her focus is almost excessively, or seemingly even masochistically, on taking in the pain almost submissively, while likely confusing her opponent head immensely… Before suddenly turning surprisingly vicious and even brutal seemingly out of nowhere, shocking an unprepared opponent.

Initially, her focus is almost excessively, or seemingly even masochistically, on taking in the pain almost submissively, while likely confusing her opponent head immensely… Before suddenly turning surprisingly vicious and even brutal seemingly out of nowhere, shocking an unprepared opponent.
Style: Tenacious, agile, speedy opportunist. Ready to take in and endure the punishment and pain if she can’t outrun her opponent’s clutches, while looking for opportunities to shock her opponent with strikes, aerial moves, or submission holds.
Preferred Attacks: Anything where speed and agility is a crucial benefit, and anything that can be very effective without requiring big amounts of strength. Strikes and surprise aerials to stun the opposition, before applying a choke to finish them off. Anything creative and innovative too, that opponents cannot see coming.
Preferred Matches: Aino is happy to take on challenges with her tag team partner Lottie as team IceQ, or to wrestle individually against opponents LAW has to offer as well. She’s expecting most of her opponents to be female, but likely wouldn’t refuse a battle against a male either.
Most of Aino’s matches in the past have been purely standard matches, so that’s what she by default assumes her matches will turn out to be, and what is deepest in her comfort zone.
With that said, being equipped with a creative and adventurous mind, it is likely easy to get her excited over and convinced to accept matches with different kinds of stipulations too, or more exotic match locations.
She wouldn’t tell you this, but Aino did also actually take part in a secret audition for Hentai matches when invited to join LAW. It did not go well for her.
Attitude To Hentai: “Meeee? Nooo….! That’s not my cup of tea... I’m not doing those, no. Not my style at all. Not at all!
...Wh-what?...
What?!? …. ……. What do you mean “my audition”? I have not “auditioned” for anything!”
Sexual Preferences: Relatively inexperienced, and her preferences are somewhat unclear even to herself. Has experimented a few times with both men and women though. Despite of approaching sex and sexual things generally with restraint and caution, she still has a rather rich imagination and a lot of different kinds of fantasies inside her head – she just isn’t sure which ones she’d like to pursue in real life.
With that said, since signing with LAW, she has become aware of Hentai wrestling, and has used ample time watching those kinds of matches by herself. It’s obvious that secretly, she’s very curious, but there’s a strong voice of reason inside her head encouraging restraint.
Physical Statistics
Endurance ★★★★★ – Aino’s background in cross-country skiing has given her excellent stamina, and an increased tolerance of pain too. Something that getting into wrestling has only improved further…
Strength ★★½ – Her relatively nimble frame does not hold overly much strength, but especially her lower body is deceptively strong due to her winter sports background.
Speed ★★★★★ – Being nimble also means quick on her feet too – not only her wits!
Defence ★★½ – As smart as Aino is, her defence is still vulnerable unless she can utilize her speed or agility.
Technique ★★★½ – Pretty good, especially when it comes to more innovative stuff. Could still use some technical training.
Wrestling Statistics
Strikes: ★★★½ – Aino can get pretty innovative with her strikes, and agility and speed definitely help. Isn’t used to the more brutal or strength-requiring tactics though.
Submissions: ★★★★ – Catching the opponent into an innovative surprise submission hold is one of the classic ways that Aino has achieved wins with. Only weak area here is the need to find a way to setup the opponent in one.
Powerhouse: ★★ – Unfortunately, no. Except for some moves where she can rely on her legs, and the opponent is light enough.
Aerials: ★★★★ – Another way that Aino commonly achieves victories with. Still, could do with some more experience and training with them.
Counters: ★★½ – Counters are usually a struggle for Aino – except in flashes of brilliance that can sometimes prove to be decisive moments in a match.
Strengths:
• Excellent endurance (both regarding stamina, and ability to take punishment)
• Wits and unpredictability (can often come up with moves and strategies catching her opponents off guard out of seemingly nowhere)
• Agile, speedy, & precise offense (her strikes, aerial moves and submission holds can prove surprisingly devastating)
• Ability to keep her composure (it is rare for her to lose control of her emotions and behavior)
Weaknesses:
• Relatively lightweight size (easy target for strong opponents to throw around) has to rely on her wits to not get crushed by heavyweights)
• Inability to overpower (has to resort to her endurance if caught in the receiving end with a strong opponent)
• Strong reliance on her smarts (inability to outsmart an opponent can leave her vulnerable)
• Any lewd-ish moves (has no proper experience with any Hentai matches, and can get easily flustered by anything reminiscent of it)
Finishing Moves
The best of Aino’s finishing moves tend to be those that the opponent does not see coming. Thus, outlining usual, common finishers would not be strategically a particularly good idea for her.
She does have a few though:

Aino hails from Rovaniemi, Finland, up north by the Arctic Circle in the cold and dark Lapland, land of snow, reindeer, Santa Claus, and the Aurora Borealis – the Northern Lights. While this may sound rather exotic, in reality, growing up, she led a fairly ordinary life – by Finnish standards. Aino was always rather hard-working and diligent at school, and often doing various sports, specializing in some winter sports like cross-country skiing. In essence, most of the time she was the epitome of a “good girl”, never causing any trouble, while obeying her parents, socializing with her friends, and building her future.
It was no surprise to anyone that Aino eventually ended up in the university, starting to study education, with the aim of becoming a teacher. However, as she began leading a more independent life now living away from home, some aspects of her life also began shifting… Her adventurous mind becoming intrigued to explore new possibilities. Especially, her traditional favorite sport of cross-country skiing no longer seemed to provide as much enjoyment, especially as she was falling behind the performance of the “best” athletes.
Coincidentally, that’s when she heard of her university’s pro wrestling club, and after watching their shows for some time, dared to join it herself too. At first, being pretty much the only girl among the small group, she obviously had a bit of a rough time with the more experienced members training her, and giving her some painful lessons along the way. But it wasn’t all doom and gloom. What Aino discovered was that her stamina that she had developed with winter sports aided her endurance in wrestling… And learning to take in punishment improved her tenacity too. Also, coming from an inexperienced background, she was less constrained by the conventional moves and techniques of wrestling, instead ending up utilizing her wits a lot to come up with more innovative moves instead. This resulted in her developing her signature style of performing in matches.
As the quirky sport had few hobbyists in a small country like Finland, the wrestling club began cooperating with other university wrestling clubs in Finland to set up occasional fight nights. As a result, Aino began having rather frequent matches with a girl from another university, Lotta. The two ended up trading wins and losses with each other during their multiple encounters, while also learning to know each other’s styles very well in the process. And funnily enough, despite their supposed animosity inside the ring, the two became actually rather good friends as well, sharing a similar interest.
By the time they both were graduating from university though, the wrestling club of Aino had begun arranging fight nights for the viewing pleasure of local tourists visiting the wintry Rovaniemi. This led to the girls to wrestle as a tag team for the first time, also hastily adopting rather kitschy English monikers for themselves in the ring – Aino Arctic & Lottie Savvy – that at least somewhat described their personalities, for the tourists at least. But while the names might had not been all that well thought-out, their wrestling instead was. It was quickly evident that all the matches they had fought against each other had turned them into a very effective tag team, and they were quickly found out to be a surprising force to reckon with in the ring.
Coincidentally, one night there were LAW talent scouts from Japan, by chance visiting the wintry Lapland, observing a show put on for the tourists. Of course, Aino & Lottie immediately caught their eye… And it didn’t take long after the show for the girls to receive an offer to join officially the LAW ranks as its newest tag team. Faced with the choice of embarking on an exciting, potentially lucrative wrestling career vs facing uncertain employment right out of university, the girls decided to take up the offer – this time maybe with a slightly better thought-out team name – and so IceQ was born.

Match Ideas & Possible Opponents: Aino & Lottie are looking forward to wrestle together as IceQ, getting to showcase their skills and intellect to take down the fearsome competition in LAW! The are happy to accept both Tag Team and Handicap matches. They especially appreciate unique or unusual stipulations, or locations that their opponents are not used to fighting in.
Aino is also very eager to get to fight in singles matches too, wanting to explore how all of her three personas would work in a full-fledged league like LAW. She’s keen to face opponents both big and small.
Aino & Lottie are expecting to have matches mainly against females, but they may occasionally venture into intergender matches too.
Aino hasn’t signed up for Hentai matches. Officially, at least.
