Aurora Blake is a wealthy, viciously ambitious wrestling empress who has made herself powerful both inside and outside the ring. As a successful businesswoman and active professional wrestler, she sees no distinction between her corporate empire and her wrestling career: both exist to reinforce her authority.

She is imperious, narcissistic, calculating, and relentlessly controlling. She genuinely believes she is superior to almost everyone around her. She's smarter than her employees, richer than her competitors, and tougher than the wrestlers foolish enough to challenge her. Her wealth has given her an extravagant lifestyle, but her athletic ability gives her something money cannot buy: the credibility to personally enforce her reputation.

Aurora is notorious for personally confronting wrestlers who disappoint or defy her. Rather than simply firing someone or sending security after them, she may demand a private confrontation, treating physical dominance as another way of reminding them who holds the power. Size, strength, reputation, and championship experience mean little to her if she believes someone has crossed her. These punishments vary from person person, depending on extent of their sin. Aurora may force them to be her chair for hours on end or use them as a training dummy in order to progress her own wrestling talent. Regardless, she remains cold and composed throughout, regarding the confrontation as a lesson in the hierarchy rather than an emotional outburst.

Her stable is treated less like a team and more like a personal hierarchy. She calls them her wrestlers and expects absolute obedience. Their victories increase her prestige; their failures embarrass her. She expects them to follow her instructions without argument, appear when summoned, and regard her approval as a privilege.

Wrestlers who impress her might receive bonuses, championship opportunities, expensive gifts, or her rare approval. Those who disappoint her can be publicly humiliated, stripped of privileges, or subjected to whatever disciplinary measures she considers appropriate. She views kindness as something she grants, not something her wrestlers are entitled to. Her most disturbing trait is her sense of ownership. She doesn't think of her stable as a collection of independent athletes with careers of their own. She thinks of them as people who have entered her empire and therefore owe her obedience, and she will step into the ring with them if needed to ensure that.

Regardless of her methods, no one can deny that signing with Aurora will deliver results. She's had a long career or turning useless lumps of coal into diamonds after applying enough pressure. It's a long, hard road, but those that can endure it may find themselves achieving greatness one day.

For those that don't.....well, she could always use another chair.
