If there is one approach that defines her style, even when she enters a match without a concrete plan, it is the classic cat-and-mouse game. If she feels her opponent has become too caught up in the chase, she'll keep encouraging them to continue until they finally give in to the rewards that come with losing.

Background

The Pub's Background:

Before joining the pub, Palmer worked as a professional model while studying for a degree in Finance. She had some knowledge of self-defence and had taken up professional wrestling as a way to unwind. She never cared much for boxing, as she disliked the strain it put on her hands.

So despite enjoying a successful modelling career, she never truly felt fulfilled. The industry was demanding, but thanks to her height, her proportions and refined facial features, she rose through the industry quickly. And yet everything about it felt fleeting.

One of her earliest dreams had been to travel to Paris and attend one of the world's most prestigious fashion shows. She achieved that goal far sooner than expected, thanks to finding herself surrounded by opportunities, influential contacts and invitations to some of the fashion world's most prestigious events. Here she realised that professional success alone was not enough to make her feel fulfilled.

So, one day, she discovered the pub. It seemed to offer everything she had been missing, so she decided to give it a try, hoping to remain anonymous while enjoying the experience. Although her anonymity did not last for long. Before she knew it, she had become one of the establishment's defining faces.

How Did It All Start?

The pub itself was already well established, but it still needed stars capable of captivating the audience. Out of dozens of applicants, only two managed to survive both the public's interest and the owner's demanding standards of talent, determination and charisma. Jeanne was one of them, largely because she was willing to push herself further than anyone expected.

When she debuted, Jeanne relied on the fundamentals of wrestling and her self-defence training. It was enough to remain competitive. Even so, there was one candidate whose skill she knew she could never match. She realised it the moment she watched the replay of that girl's first night. Strangely enough, the gap never bothered her. Jeanne was never competing against anyone else—only against herself. It was how she kept envy from taking root.

So during one particularly important match—one that could have cost her place among the leading girls—she tried something different to comeback. A brief kiss.

That moment reshaped her entire gimmick. Phoenix begin.

She tries out more things on opponents: Footwork, subtle touches by fingertips, and a more daring style of wrestling, into an entertaining performance.

Jeanne Phoenix turned every awkward situation into part of the show, creating memorable moments that both the audience and her rivals would remember long after the bell had rung. Thus, as her popularity grew, so did the expectations surrounding her, and instead of treating those moments as an occasional gimmick, Jeanne embraced them as a part of her in-ring identity, carefully shaping the persona the wrestling world would come to know as Jeanne Phoenix.

Inside the ring. Jeanne enjoys entertaining the crowd and drawing her opponents into a playful bout. She flirted, teasing and pressure. Whether she wins or loses matters less to her than putting on a memorable performance—unless her manager makes victory a necessity.

Outside the Ring. She is one of the pub's most dependable figures. A friend. She is often called upon to offer advice or encouragement, making her something of an older sister to many of the wrestlers.

• Many regard Jeanne as the roster's "big sister." Not because she is bossy or overbearing, but because she is someone who can always turn to for advice, encouragement or help. In many ways, she is ViVi's complete opposite, even though the two can be equally lewd once the bell rings.
• Rumour has it that Jeanne's relationships rarely last very long. Not because she is cold or distant, but for quite the opposite reason. Many describe her as something of a snob, albeit a warm one, with a quiet confidence that comes naturally. She maintains eye contact for long stretches, rarely hesitates—even when she might be wrong—and has a way of complimenting people that leaves them emotionally captivated. More than one admirer has walked away feeling oddly inadequate.
• Years of modelling, tailoring and meticulous craftsmanship have given Jeanne exceptionally soft hands and remarkably dexterous fingers, making her unusually skilful both inside and outside the ring.
• She has a passion for sewing and fashion design and often creates or alters many of her own outfits.
