L.A.W. - League of Anime Wrestling

Standard Match: Winner to be determined by pinfall, submission or knockout

Sighing softly to herself as she tied her boot tight Tara would then lift and extend her leg out resting her foot on a chair and leaning forward stretching the limb out as preparation for the match ahead of her. Tonight she was set to face Skylar Jones.

A rather infamous member of LAW's roster that Tara had the pleasure of not meeting yet but that lucky streak was ending tonight since the two had been slated to fight one another. Pulling her leg back and doing one more look over her white and purple gear Tara would nod to herself before exiting the dressing room and heading to the entrance ramp.

Making her way through the halls of the backstage area Tara would hold her head up high as she'd eventually make her way to the entrance curtain. Bouncing from one heel to the other for a moment Tara would let the anticipation build for a moment as finally her entrance music would kick on through the speakers.

Stepping through the curtain and posing with both hands behind her head and her hips cocked to one side Tara would pose, showing off her rippling muscles and defined abs which shined under the lights, letting the crowds cheers and boos for her rain down for a moment before she began to make her way to the ring.

Strutting down the ramp with a confident sway of her hips Tara noticed a bit more cheers than normal, granted Tara herself was a heel but Skylar didn't exactly do much to endear herself to the fans so in a way it made Tara a face by default but frankly Tara didn't care.

All that mattered was that she won tonight. Hopping onto the ring apron Tara would turn and pose once more, sliding a hand over her abs before back flipping over the ropes and into the ring before heading to a corner, leaning against it and waiting for Skylar to come down and face her.

Dressed in her tight fitting black ring gear, Skylar was warming up backstage, doing push ups on the cold concrete floor. She knew she had her work cut out for her tonight against Tara Jaeger, a girl who just like herself, was an accomplished young athlete. But Skylar was confident that she was the better woman, and after she beat Tara in the ring, everyone would know it. Getting up to her feet, Skylar did some final stretches, making sure that her curvy and muscular body was ready for the fight to come.

For a moment, the lights in the arena went black, and a hush fell over the crowd. Then, Skylar's music came roaring over the speakers, and a single spotlight lit up where she stood, a cocky, confident smile on her face. The audience roared in cheers and boos at the sight of her. As controversial as both of these women were, the audience tonight was excited to see the two of them fight. Skylar swaggered down the ramp and stepped into the ring, where she climbed up onto the corner turn buckle and flexed her muscles above her head. She hopped back down to the mat, rolling her shoulders as she turned to face Tara, determined to get a win over her tonight.

Tara watched as Skylar entered the ring and actually whistled softly as she heard outstanding negative reaction she received by the fans. 'And I thought I was hated.' Tara thought to herself while rolling her shoulders and meeting Skylar's gaze with a cold and confident one of her own. Bending her knees and raising her hands up in preparation Tara wouldn't engage in trash talk, not yet. She had a feeling that doing so early on might provoke something she couldn't contain yet, no she would wait until she needed to bait Skylar. Thus as soon as the bell would ring Tara would waste no time in running right at Skylar, throwing her first forward for a haymaker... only to actually go further past Sky's face, aiming not for a punch but a grab for the back of her neck to try and get in her guard before throwing a knee up into the woman's stomach!
