Doing some basic stretches backstage, Ryu made sure to carefully recite every part of his warm-up. Never one to forget the basics, Ryu was cautious down to the last detail. Despite that, the blue dragon felt confident. This was a much more headstrong Ryu stepping into the ring than the person he was back when he was a rookie, back before Yozakura. Finishing up, Ryu smiled, as he heard his entrance theme begin, ready to make his proper debut.
Appearing before the world, the blue haired boy threw up a peace sign, happy to be introduced to the crowd. People cheered pretty loud, though he doubted it would be quite as rapturous as what his female foe would garner. That was to be expected, and he was still happy to have support.
