Giulia La Rocca was very satisfied. This match tonight was at the very core of her bread and butter. Or maybe rather, her pizza and pasta, if you will. But in any case, she was looking forward to this very, very much.

Why? Well, first of all, she loved any opportunity for showcasing her strength and what her trained body could do, especially against seemingly strong and capable male opponents! A standard match in the standard LAW ring provided the perfect opportunity for just that... No gimmicks, no surprises, no any twisted kind of rules. Except for her favorite twist, that was... Because second of all, it was always fun and, exciting, to get to play with those defeated male opponents to her heart's content after the match.

Of course, for that to materialize, she needed to win the match first. But this time, Giulia was very confident about it. She had taken a look at Finlay, and he seemed like the perfect, perfect opponent for her. He was a very capable and credible wrestler, with an admirable body, and clearly frequented the gym. Yes, he had some weight advantage over her. Yes, he had the standard, pretty substantial height advantage over her. But still, Giulia knew that he was exactly the type of guy, who she knew she could win.

And if you told her you didn't believe her? She'd tell you to watch and learn.

Entrance Theme: Anna - Bando

As her Italian entrance tunes began blaring in the arena, Giulia began marching confidently down the ramp, sporting her usual wrestling attire, that had proven rather popular with the fans... Getting a lot of hype and support from them, even if they couldn't see everything they wanted to quite just yet. Namely, Giulia was also carrying an Italian flag wrapped around her waist covering her hips and thighs, which she dutifully kept on holding onto even when climbing her way into the ring... Only when having marched across it and gotten up onto the opposite corner, did the Italian unwrap the flag from around her waist, lifting it high up in the air while finally revealing her muscular thighs and behind for the hungry eyes of the LAW crowds!

After finally jumping down, an aide handed La Forza Italiana a couple of dumbbells, with which she then proceeded to perform a few squats in her corner. Never too late for a little bit of exercise - especially if that gave yet another opportunity for the crowds to witness her strength, while waiting for her opponent to arrive!

Finlay rolled his neck in preparation for his upcoming match tonight. A new mixed bout, the first he's had in a minute since he had been rather preoccupied with a new relationship with Mara. But she was evidently adamant about him continuing to compete, even in matches with rather... promiscuous undertones such as this and gave her blessing for whatever may happen either during or after. Which was reassuring but first and foremost he was focused on winning this bout.

Granted based on what he had heard of this Giulia La Rocha she was incredibly competitive and skilled to boot, with these POW matches being something of a specialty for her. As such she would surely be even more determined to win it than normal. Still that's about where his information of her ended. Not a lot else he could find on her at the last minute but even so that was fine with him, he didn't need to know all the details about her to win.

Getting up and approaching the entrance area he would crack his neck and bounce from heel to heel in anticipation as he waited, red and black long tights, bare chested as normal and his tattoos glimmering under the lights as he waited for his entrance music to start.

Coming out from behind the curtain Finlay would pose for the fans for a moment as they cheered him on for a moment before the blonde would then make his way over towards the ring in a calm, confident stride that he was known for. Hopping onto the ring apron and deftly getting into the ring through the ropes before standing up and looking across at his opponent... and for the first time since he came out had his stoic look shift to one of confusion.

Giulia was rather casually working out, doing squats with barbells that seemed to carry some good weight to them. Surprising given it was literally right before a match. "I... I'm sorry why are you working out?" He asked in confusion but also took the moment in to take in the appearance of his foe. She was short, squat and was positively ripped.

In all honesty Finlay was impressed but he didn't let it show as he instead reigned himself in. "Er sorry wasn't expecting that is all. I'm Finlay, looking forward to a good match." He said to her as he approached the center of the ring and held his hand out to her for a pre match hand shake.
