Even after her years off, her injury, and her pregnancy, Michelle has trained hard to return to as close as her peak condition as she can. And what her peak was an absolute monster in terms of power, and Michelle is perhaps at 80% of that now. Which is still a very potent level of power, with even most heavyweights being susceptible to becoming ragdolls if Michelle can get into her groove.

Michelle prefers to start slow and allow herself to warm up in a match, favoring simple slams and tosses, alongside feeling her opponents out on tests of strength and grapples before transitioning to fiercer slams and tight chokes and squeezes to further wear her opponents out, all in hopes of setting up her Thunderstorm.

Preferred Match Types:
Standard, Submission, Cage. Open to more. No hentai.

Strengths:
  • Strength: Michelle is very strong, shown to be able to lift and slam most opponents with relative ease and deliver immense force to them to shake the ring.
  • Grappling: While running speed is no longer Michelle’s forte, she remains surprisingly quick when it comes to grappling, be it standing or on the mat. This is boosted by her experience, having faced many technicians and generally knowing how to get to a certain position or defend against someone who tries the same.
  • Cunning: Michelle isn’t just brawn, but also brains. Michelle has faced close to every type of wrestler she could, and studied all others in her time off. She’s able to analyze just what type her opponent is and plan accordingly, as well as switch game plans on the fly.
Weaknesses:
  • Speed: Outright speed is a weakness of Michelle’s, her torn ACL sapping much of her natural speed and leaving her struggling to keep up in foot races, or more appropriately speedier foes.
  • Striking: While Michelle is strong, she often doesn’t favor strikes, and outside of her Brace for Impact, her repertoire can lack true power.
  • Stamina: While Michelle is a great athlete, the combination of her time off, her injury, and her pregnancy has led to her natural reserves of stamina being lowered. She can go for bursts or last long in a slower paced match, but if going bomb for bomb all match, she can wear herself out.

Personality:
Michelle was once known as one of the most ruthless heels in the sport. And yet, a combination of time away, the humbling from her injury, and giving birth to her daughter has all led to her mellowing out. Winning and/pr coming out on top used to be something she felt she needed to do to assert herself, and while she is still competitive, she won’t go to the depths she used to to get the W.

Michelle is kind-hearted and offers respect to anyone she feels deserves it now. She looks for the good in others, knowing it to be deep down in someone who can be cruel, and yet can sometimes feel the need to “humble” someone if they’re being particularly cruel if she feels it’ll cause them to reassess themselves. And sometimes even unlocking her old tendencies if someone really pisses her off, showing that the old Michelle is still in her.

Michelle’s motivated deeply by her daughter, Megs, now. To have her daughter watch her in the ring and get a better example of just who her mother is is why she’s stepped back into the ring, though she can’t deny she’s partially doing it to be able to cap off her career in her own way.

History:
Michelle was the classic popular girl and schoolyard bully growing up. She was often bigger than most other girls and even some boys and had no problem pushing her weight around. She often got into fights, and teachers suggested she transfer such aggression to wrestling as a means of keeping her violence limited. It was there she discovered her love for being on top and receiving that constant reassurance of her status as #1, and thus upon exiting school, she trained to become a full-time professional wrestler.

At a young age, Michelle established herself as a force on the scene, and would get frequent bookings almost immediately. Her power made her a potent foe, while her trash talk and aggression led her to becoming a hated heel over the years who everyone wanted to see lose, and very rarely did anyone get their wish. The few losses she did get were devastating, but she always got her lick back via a backstage or even parking lot assault, never satisfied with leaving things off on the losing end of things.

After several years as a top wrestler, Michelle met a man named Craig. The two clicked for their shared love of wrestling and aggressive styles, and hit it off, leading to a night of passion. However, things turned sour between the two after due to Michelle’s abrasive personality, and they broke things off.

A few weeks later, Michelle was wrestling just like how she always did, and yet, on a simple plant of her leg while lifting her opponent up for the Thunderstorm, her knee gave out completely and rendered her leg useless. Officials called off the match, and an official diagnosis revealed that she had suffered a torn ACL. A catastrophic injury that would leave her out of action for over a year.

And then, she learned she was pregnant.

Both bombshells had a major mental impact on Michelle, who proceeded to go through both a grueling rehab and pregnancy at the same time. She didn’t contact Craig again, given he had moved on to someone else and she felt she could handle everything on her own, and relying on herself and family to get through it.

Upon giving birth to her daughter Megs(or Megan), priorities shifted for Michelle. The whole time while carrying, she had thought she’d rush back to the ring ASAP and maybe hire a full-time babysitter or have her parents take care of her kid. However, both maternal instinct and doctor’s insistence on finishing her full rehab delayed this. And in the time she spent at home with her new daughter… Michelle realized what really mattered.

Even upon finishing her rehab and being given the thumbs up to train for a return to the ring, Michelle hesitated, picking up an at-home job and spending as much time with Megs as she could. Weeks turned to months, and months turned to years. She elected to forgo the rest of her prime to instead raise her daughter, finding happiness there, and her personality shifting from the cruel and selfish person she was to something warmer and kinder.

After eight years however, Megs discovered her mother used to be a wrestler, and began to watch back her stuff. And Michelle realized to her horror that her daughter was only watching her be a monster in the ring. Purposely hurting her opponents beyond what was needed for the match, attacking them before or after the bell, spouting many insults.

It led her to debate within herself if she’d want to return to the ring again, and after asking for permission, Michelle began to train again, working tirelessly to get back into the best shape she possibly could.

Michelle Storm returning to the ring again after nearly ten years away, both to let her daughter see her mother be a proper wrestler of honor and respect… and so that she could go out on her own terms.
