Martial artist at the gym (open rp)

Gavin is sparining at the practice dummies in the gym. Each strike he does knock the dummy back only for other to comeback. When Gavin did powerful kick he sent it back a couple of feet. It did fall over. He was trying to prevent that but he got carried away a bit. He hope didn't make a sense with that
