Deku took a deep breath while backstage, waiting for his cue to come out.Tonight was the night that he had the chance right some wrongs that had occurred the past month. The chance to finally shut Alois Trancy up for good after all the trash he had talked about not only Deku and people like him but the fans as well, on top of finally ending the accursed losing streak that he had been on. It all rode on tonight and he wasn't about to screw it up like he had before. Looking up as Alois's music started Deku raised an eyebrow as he watched the blonde's entrance via TV in the back. "Someone is going for drama points." Deku said to himself at Alois's angelic entrance, complete with himself singing from a song that must have cost a pretty hefty penny to get the rights too.
Well as he and the crowd would soon see Deku had his own surprise in store for the entrance. But first he had to make it. Getting up and walking down the hallway Deku was able to hear Alois's post entrance words, both from the TV even as he walked away, as well as the boom from the direction of the stage, the Brit's voice reverberating off the walls as if they were mocking him and him alone as opposed to the crowd. But in a way that's exactly what they were doing, cause the way Alois treated the crowd was a core reason the two had such a strong distaste for each other. They were fundamentally different in every way, total opposites that couldn't be near each other before combusting. Dangerous elements that would continue to clash until one was extinguished for good.
As Deku's entrance music began to play the fans were quick to pick up that it wasn't Deku's normal entrance music at all. It was darker, a bit more grunge, and as the music kicked into the chorus Deku would come out, dressed in his normal ring gear, but this time with a dark yellow, tattered cloak draped over him. It was something his mom used to wear during her own entrances back in the day, and she gave it to him for good luck tonight. He couldn't lose, he wouldn't, he'd die before he allowed it to happen. Walking down the entrance ramp with purpose and dark intent in his eyes his expression was dark and damn near demonic as he made his way towards the ring like a monster on it way to consume it's prey. Once again a stark contrast between the two, but in a way no one had expected.
Taking the cloak off as he approached the ring and gently wrapped it around the corner Deku would hop onto the ring apron, looking out at the crowd just one time before nodding, as if making a promise between himself and them. A promise to win. Slipping between the ropes Deku would March his way to the center of the ring, his eyes doing all the speaking for him as he glared at the blonde. "I don't have any pretty words of self victimization like you do, they know what they want from this, and so do I. I think you know too... I'm going to beat you. Plain and simple Alois." Deku said with a glare, simply waiting for the bell to ring, all too ready to start making good on his promise.
