A Tropical Vacation to Remember: Introductions Are in Order.

With summer starting to get underway, several people were looking into different places to have their vacations on. This could have been either spending time outside of the city, or flying away to somewhere different. But for one couple, it would be spending time at a place that they talked about, planned for and would even bring friends along. This time around, they would hope everything would turn out great and not turn into a shit show.

Fang, a.k.a. Candace Lewis, was in the bedroom, finishing packing her things. She currently had on a white, button up flannel, with black, tight pants, as she closed up her suitcase, having made sure that she gotten everything.

"You all set, babe?" Fang would call out to her boyfriend, Hiro. Her stuff was the last to get prepared. While waiting on Hiro, she checked her phone for responses. She was checking up on a couple of people and making sure that everything was okay.

The plan was to meet up with everyone at the docks, and take a ship down to this resort; as the trip would only be a few hours sailing from Japan. She was hoping that things would go smoothly.

Hiro Takahashi

Hiro emerged from the bathroom, ready for their summer adventure. He wore a casual, yet stylish outfit that suited the warm weather and the laid-back vibe of their trip. He had on a light blue short-sleeved button-up shirt with a subtle tropical pattern, paired with beige shorts that hit just above the knee. On his feet, he wore comfortable, yet fashionable, white sneakers. His dark hair was neatly styled, and he had on a pair of sunglasses perched on his head, ready for the sunny days ahead.

"Yeah, I'm all set,"

Hiro replied with a smile, picking up his own suitcase.

"Everyone from RISING knows where to meet up. They should be at the docks when we get there."

As Hiro grabbed their bags, he turned to Fang.

"By the way, we should stop by and pick up Rekka on our way to the docks. He's all set to join us, and it won't take long to swing by his place."

Fang waited for Hiro to come out from the bathroom. As he went to grab the bags, Fang nodded as she smiled, looking forward to the vacation that they were about to enjoy. She nodded at the idea that Rekka should be the first person that they would stop at.

"Sounds good to me." Fang nodded in response as she and Hiro stepped out of the door. After a couple of minutes, the two got settled in the care. As Hiro began to drive, Fang pulled out her phone.

"Think we need to check if everyone's going to make it one time?" Fang asked curiously. At this point, they knew everyone else should, but it never hurt to cehck.

Meanwhile, Christina Perez was already on her way to the docks with her boyfriend, Alexios. Being early was a habit Christina had developed since childhood, and today was no different. She wore a modern, stylish outfit perfect for the summer weather: a light, flowy sundress with a vibrant floral pattern, paired with comfortable sandals. Her hair long, flowing and shining as always, and she wore a pair of sunglasses to shield her eyes from the bright sun.

"Come on, Mahal ko~ we don't want to be late~"

Christina joked, even though she knew they would be fashionably early.

As they approached the docks, Christina pulled out her phone and sent a quick text to Fang:

Hey! Alexios and I are nearing the docks. See you soon!

Alexios was not used to be on time, much less “fashionably early.” As a true Greek, he was consistently 15 minutes late to most things. But that was before he started dating a highly disciplined Filipina. After wrestling him out of bed, a process Alexios gave her a challenge on, Alexios got ready as fast as humanly possible with Christina’s motivation. He wore a Helldivers 2 Hawaiian shirt he bought off the internet. As they made their way to the docks, he did the dutiful boyfriend thing and carried their bags. When Hiro got there, he greeted him and Fang.
”Hey Hiro and Fang!” he waved.
”Looks like we’re early. Shocking... Want a beer? Or a Fresca?” Alexios cracked open a cold one as they waited.

Meanwhile, Helen was getting ready with Alanna, Emma, and Marine. The four were trying on and judging each other’s dresses. Helen in particular was hung up on her dress. She wanted one that she thought looked good but also was thematically appropriate for her crush: Hiro’s luchador friend Rekka. She had never seen his face, so she was trying to be thematic with her ring gear. She finally settled on a beautiful red and white sun dress that matched his gear colors.

”Emma, dearest, how does this look on me? Be honest, but not too honest.”

Marine, on the other hand, wore an all black crop top. She was going all in on showing off her impressive figure.

“Promise me, Marine, no fights with Christina?”
“If she behaves herself, sure. But she gets in my face, I’ll drop her.”
Alanna began to protest but Helen cut them off.

“Oh let them have it out, Alanna chère. You and Christina were better after you fought. Maybe they need it. Two strong independent take-charge women wrestling on the beach. Sounds great. And if you ask me, you got it easy since you two clearly want to fight. I love Fang. Yet we have this unresolved tension over who would actually win in a fight between us. Only we actually like each other so no one wants to bring it up.”

“Emma, mon amour, you’re being awfully quiet. A penny for your thoughts?”

At the docks, Hiro and Fang had just arrived and were greeted warmly by Alexios.

Hiro laughed, appreciating the gesture.

"I'll take a beer, thanks,"

he said, accepting the drink.

"This trip is off to a great start already."

Meanwhile as all four women were judging each other's attire for the beach, Emma, wore a long yellow summer dress combined with a beach hat and shades.

Emma, who had been quiet throughout the conversation, finally spoke up.

"Alanna, your dress looks fantastic on you,"

she said with a smile.

"And as for my thoughts... I think this vacation is going to be exactly what we all need. Some fun, some relaxation, and maybe a little bit of drama to keep things interesting."

She gave Alanna a loving look.

"Let's make the most of it."

Both Fang and Hiro had arrived at the docks first. She received the text from Christina and it wouldn't be long until Christina and her boyfriend, Alexios, were in viewing distance and could see them.

"How's it going?" Fang asked with a smile as she hugged Christina. As she did, she would also take the offer of a beer, as the four would drink and converse while waiting for the others to join them.

”Hey Fang!” Alexios waved at her and handed her a beer.
“It’s so weird being early to a thing… I don’t know how you all do it. Must be so stressful all the time.” Alexios commented.

Alanna pulled Emma into a warm embrace followed by a passionate kiss. Not counting the cruise ship where they first hooked up, this was the first true vacation they were taking together. And both were looking forward to it. After applying sunscreen, they left for the docks. Realizing they were running a bit tardy, Helen drove, as she had a lead foot and got them there in short order. The lot of them parked and got their stuff. Walking up to the pier, Helen greeted everyone with a
“Hello, my lovelies!!… And Alexios.”
Alexios smirked. He figured a “hello” and not a “fuck you” was progress.

"It's going great!"

Christina replied, returning the hug enthusiastically. She could feel the excitement in the air, the promise of an unforgettable vacation just ahead.

Christina laughed, shaking her head.

"You get used to it, Alexios. Plus, it's nice to have a bit of extra time to relax before everyone else gets here."

They all settled in, enjoying their drinks and chatting while they waited for the rest of the group to arrive.

A short while later, Helen, Alanna, and Emma arrived. Helen greeted everyone with her usual energy,

Christina saw Alexios smirk, appreciating the playful dynamic. She decided to join in the fun, placing a gentle hand on Helen's arm.

"Helen, calm down a bit. We're all friends here, right?"

she said with a wink, trying to keep the mood light and cheerful.

Meanwhile Emma would greet Fang with her usual cheery smile,

"Hey Fang! How are you?

Fang gladly took the drink. She would sip as she, Christina, Alexios and Hiro would talk and wait for the others to arrive.

"Hey there!" Fang would eventually say as she would see the others. She went up to immediately hug Helen.

"How you doing?" Fang asked Helen, "Looking forward to some fun times?"
