Taming the Demon

The crowd would be shocked as Jonathan Steele made his way out wearing his black trench coat, green t-shirt, blue jeans, and black sneakers as he just shoved his hands in his pockets. He started strolling down the ramp looking down at the metal as his feet grazed each thud that came onto it. Soon, the Instant Classic made his way ringside and asked for a mic as a ringside worker nearly threw it at him being so afraid as Jonathan grabbed the middle rope onto the apron. He got in the ring walking around on the canvas and raised his mic to his mouth as the crowd just stood in silence not knowing whether to cheer or boo the man behind the monster they witnessed when the Heartbreakers were nearly white as marshmallows after the match with the beast and the shaman.
“I’ve had a few days to really think on how I wanted to say things….and how I want to respond to questions. I’ve always had an interest in the supernatural, bud it’s different when you become the supernatural one. It’s honestly hard to explain,” Jonathan stated as he looked around the ring one more time before continuing.
“For one matter, I’m still Jonathan, but I’ve been known to act on impulse and my ever-changing anger. My anger grows, because lots of people here tend to piss me off. No one wants to hold them accountable. Quite frankly, this place is out of control and I thought the only way to salvage what’s left of this wreckage was to tap into this demon boiling inside of me. I used to be so scared of him, so afraid that he would….hurt people I cared about, but the more I see evil brewing here, the more I realize I don’t have to be scared of him. He makes things better. And he’s going to help conquer this evil.” Jonathan explained.
Jonathan looked into the crowd as they slowly cheered, but most were still unsure of what their reaction to this news should be.
“Allow me to demonstrate. Selket, I know you’re one for the mind games and trickery. Let’s have a little chat,” Jonathan called out to the back.
The crowd started cheering even more as they had a soft spot for the Egyptian priestess ever since her title match against Astrid Ostberg, but some heavy boos came in as they know her to be truly evil. Jonathan waited as he walked around the ring waiting for the woman in question.
