History: Needless to say, it was very unlikely that Mary and Kotone would ever meet if it wasn't for both wrestling in Japan eventually. Mary was growing up, learning the craft of Submission style wrestling in England, wrestling in the indies before getting a call from League of Anime Wrestling and moving over to Japan. Kotone had just turned professional after becoming one of the top wrestlers at her academies pro wrestling program, leading to an immediate signing in LAW.The two didn't even interact with each other that much even when both officially started LAW

But one day, Kotone had just left her workout, and saw that one of the TV's was playing Mary's match with Alizeh Midori, her debut in LAW. Kotone looked in awe at Mary's slick submissions, especially with someone who's only a little more experienced then her. Her beautiful blue hair, those thick thighs, and her sweet personality won Kotone over. And then Mary entered the gym while Kotone was leaving. Kotone managed to get a chat with the usually quiet Mary, and the two struck a friendship, Mary finding Kotone's enthusiasm and positivity to be super captivating.

Now the two team as Violet Unlimited, and while both have their Singles Titles Goals, they both want to win the Tag Titles just as much.
