Bait-and-switch match
The match starts out as one type but then the announcer/referee suddenly changes it to a different type. For example, a match could be advertised as a standard match. In the middle of the match, a giant container surreptitiously suspended over the ring opens, dropping various kinds of sex toys into the ring. The announcer would announce that the match stipulations have changed and now the match is a hentai toys match.
- I could imagine this sort of a thing being used to trick a character who normally does not do hentai into a hentai match (obviously the RPers would have agreed to this beforehand).
Reverse-hentai match
Like a hentai match but instead of trying to make the other wrestler orgasm, wrestlers try to make themselves orgasm by using some part of their opponent's body. For example, Wrestler A could facesit Wrestler B. Wrestler A could rub her sex over Wrestler B's face to stimulate herself. Once Wrestler A orgasms, that would count as a "fall". Other parts of the opponent's body, e.g. a hand or foot, could also be used.
Bowling match
The match takes place in a bowling alley where the bowling lanes have been lubed up. The object is to throw your opponent down the bowling alley to knock down pins.
- Winning conditions could vary. For instance, perhaps whoever manages to throw the other down the alley 2 times wins. Or perhaps if the bowling lanes were modified to be wider, one could play actual "bowling" and tally up points based on the number of pins knocked down (since bowling lanes are normally 42 inches wide, it's likely that one would knock over all the pins if they were thrown down the alley; modifying the alley to be wider could allow actual bowling to be played).
- Perhaps an additional stipulation could be that some of the bowling pins either double as sex toys or contain sex toys within them. Upon throwing her opponent into the pins, a wrestler could use whatever sex toys were in the bowling pins that were knocked down against her opponent.
- One could also probably use this setup as a hardcore-type match. Think whacking each other with bowling balls and pins.
Crowd harassment match
A match where VIP audience members can poke the competitors with sticks that may have dildos, riding crops, vibrators, etc attached to them. The audience members basically harass the wrestlers while they are in the ring but are unable to enter the ring itself (LAW security is on standby, both inside the crowd and outside; some snipers equipped with tranquilizer guns are positioned around the arena to make sure that no one tries to enter the arena). Other than that, the match proceeds as a normal match with regular stipulations (i.e. standard, hentai, etc).
- Make sure none of your (women) wrestlers fall into the crowd. Some of those Japanese salarymen really need to release some pent-up sexual frustration.
Ideas that are a little more "out there"
Tilt-table match
The wrestlers compete on a giant tilt-table covered in lube. The object of the match is to push the other wrestler off of the tilt-table (perhaps multiple times). See the GIF in the spoiler below for a visualization.

Competitors are given giant dildo bats (think purple dildo bat from Saints Row). Competitors must force each other to orgasm with the giant dildo bats. Beating one's opponent with said giant dildo bat is allowed and encouraged. Samurai helmets optional.

Wrestlers are equipped with vibrating egg-like devices touching their clits. The vibration is set to low so as not to force an orgasm. - The tilt-table could be controlled in a variety of ways. Or, perhaps the tilt-table could be controlled by a third party.
