This was his moment to shine...

Daigo had signed up for a hardcore tournament at L.A.W. for one reason only: he knew he would stand out and draw all the attention to himself and his group. He wanted to succeed in this company no matter what, even though it clearly didn’t want him. And what better way than a hardcore competition where only men could participate? It all fit him like a glove. No matter how much his teammates complained and told him not to participate, the black behemoth knew this was his best chance to make a name for himself and prove his worth.

He was the first to enter, and he was going to do it right. He walked in with a metal chair in hand, which he wielded as if it were a guitar, playing the music for his entrance and rousing the crowd with it. It was a hardcore fight after all, so bringing foreign objects into the ring was fair game. He kept doing that until he was finally able to enter the ring.

There, he unfolded the chair in the center of the ring and stood with one foot on it to strike an epic and intimidating pose (or so he thought), arms crossed, as he waited for his opponent to kick off the fight. He was supposed to face another Latin American fighter, but he couldn’t remember his name. Still, he was interested in the opponents he’d have to face in this tournament, especially that Ivan guy who’d been itching to break his nose for a while. Now all he could do was wait.
