Hailing from la bell' Italia, Daimonia brings the heat and passion of the Mediterranean to the ring, burning her opponents with a determination that burns like the fires of Hell. Outside the ring, Alessandra is....actually pretty friendly. She's not bubbly by any stretch, but she's typically very personable. To Alessandra, "Daimonia" is her in-ring persona--a character she plays, of sorts. Alessandra knows that a major part of these matches is fan enjoyment, and so she'll always do her best to give the audience a show worth their money (plus, she legitimately enjoys playing the heel). Bio
Alessandra Bianchi grew up just outside of Naples, Italy, where she had lived a fairly normal life. She was very competitive even as a child, and always gave 110% in everything she did--especially in competitive events like sports. She was an impressive track star in the region, and was dangerous in pickup games of soccer at the local fields, too. She was always one of the first picked by the team captains.
She did well in all her classes, too, taking a small interest in the mythology of her home along the way. Naples, once a Greek colony called "Neapolis," was a city with a long and storied past, and Alessandra enjoyed the flair of being "Neapolitan."
Near the end of her time in university, she watched a live LAW event in Naples by chance; her friends had invited her out, and she had nothing better to do that night. "It's all fake anyway..." she had told herself. But everything changed when the show began.
The crowd nearly deafened her as it roared for every fighter, every move, every exciting moment. Her friends had neglected to inform that there was something called a "Hentai Division," much less that it was performing that night too. She silently thanked her friends with a thought, that they didn't inform her of the Hentai Division--if they had, she never would have went to the event. But seeing it live....she understood it. She wanted it. She wanted to win it. All of it. She was enamored with the cheering, the competition....the winning, and everything that went with it. Her life's dreams had changed forever.
The next day, Alessandra immediately set to work crafting a ring persona. Looking through an old textbook, she took the name "Daimonia," evoking the image of a demon and using an ancient name for spirits. And true to her theme, she brought the heat.
She joined her nearest wrestling gym the next day, and quickly signed with a local indie circuit. It wasn't long before she was the star of the show, and it was clear she was fast becoming a big fish in a little pond.
After finishing university, she spent two years on the European indie circuit, traveling everywhere between Tallinn to Lisbon, from Stockholm to Valetta. She was very popular as the show's heel--a role she always felt most natural in, given her desire to succeed against all competition. She didn't just excel at being the bad guy--she enjoyed it. She was popular, too, partially because she was exceedingly attractive, but also because she was talented at the sport of wrestling itself. She was entertaining, too, never above cheating like the heel she was when she felt it was required. Nothing--and no one--would stand in her way, and she was willing to do anything to win, and win she did. She also developed the habit of humiliating opponents after matches when she won, always trying to think of new ways to entertaining the crowd with her evil deeds.
And on the rare occasion she lost--a good heel needs to be feared, and what creates more fear than a demon who rarely loses?--the faces' post-match revenge always gathered millions of views on YouTube. No such thing as bad press, though, right?!
