A Night Out (for Highfly, open thread)

Admittedly, Kyo didn't know what to expect.

Ever since Kyo's match with Janella Johnson, and ever since she had...well, shown up after the match in his locker room...he had been painfully aware that he still had no idea what he was getting into. Truth to be told, while he was no stranger to romantic relationships with other wrestlers, past experience in this regard had been less than pleasant. His last relationship had ended badly, and that fact alone made him more than a little nervous about getting into a new one.

That was...if this was going to be a relationship? Or maybe JJ wanted something more short term? Admittedly, Kyo didn't know how to feel about that either. Quite frankly, he didn't know how to feel about any of this.

He sighed, and undertook some quiet meditation to soothe his nerves. He was standing outside the entrance to the Hyper Lane bowling center, where he had agreed to meet with JJ. He was wearing a simple black Ningen Isu t-shirt, blue jeans, and an unbottend striped flannel shirt over it. Leaning against the wall, he sighed.

He had no idea what to expect, and admittedly, a part of that terrified him. A part of him was also more than a little excited about this, which did little to assuage his peace of mind...

"Girl I got a date with a class act. He is a wrestler at LAW with us so you may know Kyo. Handsome Japanese guy with a nice body, just my type!" JJ text to Sienna with a smile on her face before sending another message. "I will try to go easy on him and not rock his world too much today. I will tell ya how things go when I get home."

JJ was wearing a pair of jean short shorts over her purple bikini bottom and a black tank top over her purple bikini top with a pair of sunglasses on her face, her hair tied back in a small pony tail and sandals on her feet with a beach bag over her shoulder as she stepped out of her car to head to the beach. She had some sway to her step just enough to draw attention to her muscle and curves. She was walking up when she saw Kyo leaning against a wall right where he said he would be. "Hey there! I am glad to see you and you are looking good big guy, just as cute out here as you are between the ropes." She said with a sly grin as she walked up. It was then that she realized she didn't know exactly what to do... did she hug him? Kiss him?

JJ was never one to shy from how she felt but she also didn't want to scare the poor guy. She opted to reach out and hug him giving him a good squeeze in case he needed reminding of the strength of the 159lb ebony beauty. "So where to first?" She asked with a smile.

Kyo perked up as his name was called. JJ was there, approaching him from the parking lot. She looked a lot difference with her hair tied back and sunglasses, though she still walked with almost the same, confident swagger that she'd approached the ring with. And she was wearing short shorts and a tank top that did nothing to hide her powerful ebony form. She was just as impressive a sight now as she had been back in the ring.

"Ahm...thanks," Kyo replied, blushing at JJ's compliment as she approached. He had no idea what to do next-- kiss her? The matter quickly went out of his hands as JJ hugged him firmly-- her was immediately reminded of the bone-crushing bearhug the ebony beauty had him in in their last match. He hugged back, of course, quickly regaining his composure. "You look amazing as well...though I'm sure you always do."

As JJ asked what his plans for the day were, he straightened up a bit. "Well, we can always go bowling," he said, allowing himself a slight smile. "Although I should warn you, I have yet to be beaten when it comes to bowling. Otherwise, the beach is right in front of us, if we want to enjoy some sand and sunshine. And there's also a karaoke bar not far from here." His smile grew a little as he felt himself growing slightly more confident. "What would you like to do first?"

JJ smiled when he told her she looked good, it was just something nice to hear. JJ kept her eyes on Kyo and smiled giving him a quick look up and down as he went over the options. "Maybe we can bowl a bit and then hit the beach next?" She asked as she shift her weight a tiny bit on her hip, a hand there as she smiled. She had bowled before for sure but she had a plan, and that plan required her to be awful.

"I can't wait to see how good you are, you better put on a nice show for me big guy." She said with a wink. As the two began to walk she would stay side by side with him. "So how have things been? Are you and your sister doing well in between the ropes?" JJ asked as they walked. "Is she gonna try to wrestle me as some initiation to keep dating you or anything?"

Admittedly, JJ was very entrancing to look at right now. Partly, it was because her clothing right now left little to the imagination (though Kyo had already seen plenty of JJ's gloriously swole body in their last match). Partly it was the way she was leaning on her hip, and accentuating her curves. She knew what she was doing, and it was taking a lot of willpower on Kyo's part to maintain his cool.

But remain cool Kyo did as the two went towards the entrance of the bowling alley. "Well I don't want to brag, but I'm pretty good," he said, shooting her a smile. "You may have won in the ring, but I'm about to even our score." When asked about how he'd been doing in an out of the ring, he awkwardly rubbed the back of his head. "Eh...some wins. Some losses. Nothing major to mention." The fact that two of those losses had been to wrestlers who were rival to his own, and thus a very big deal to him, was not something he felt worth mentioning. He couldn't help but smile a little further at the mention of his sister. "Makie? Heh, she might challenge you to a spar at some point, consider yourself warned. Though she's far more likely to tease me about you than she is to try to fight you as an initiation."

As the two headed into the bowling alley, Kyo quickly took care of the preliminaries, paying the entrance fee and signing up, and then the two ended up with a lane to themselves. "So," Kyo said, casually pulling a ball out from the rack, "do you want to start, or should I?"

JJ looked up at Kyo and smiled listening as he spoke. She heard of Makie and mixing it up with that little firecracker sounded like fun but part of her didn't want to put Kyo in a bad spot either despite her urge to try to take on everyone she could between the ropes. As Kyo and JJ got ready she smiled at him. "Show me how it is done big guy." She said with a grin. She was going to have fun with this and she kept a very close eye on him as he bowled. She did find him incredibly attractive and the fact that he wasn't a jerk or self-centered egoist helped. She brought enough ego for two people in a party that was for sure.

As JJ watched him bowl she would grab her ball when it was her turn and stand wrong on purpose. She would shake her backside just a tiny bit and turn around to look at him. "So is this right or am I doing it wrong?" She asked hoping he would come help.

To Kyo's surprise, JJ elected to go first. As she walked past, he couldn't help but noticing that her walk was accentuating her backside...especially as she leaned over to pick up the ball. He felt himself going red as he caught himself staring at JJ's backside, the shorts she was wearing only accentuating her ample posterior. Damn it, JJ had to be doing this on purpose...

And then JJ held the ball up completely wrong, at an angle that would injure her if she tried to throw it that way. "What? No!" he exclaimed, rushing to his feet to help her. In an instant, he was behind her, grabbing at her arm to guide it into the correct position. "You hold it like this..."

He paused, and realized JJ's ample booty was now pressing up against his crotch...even as his head leaned tantalizingly over JJ's shoulder. His blush intensified, although he also acknowledged that he enjoyed the feeling of JJ's body pressed up against his. Flustered as he was, he continued, his arms sliding down along JJ's so that he was practically hugging her from behind, his arms brushing against the side of her chest. "And when you throw, you drop low like this..." he continued, guiding JJ through the movements...and in the process causing JJ's backside to rub and glide tantalizingly against him...

JJ smiled and leaned her head back ever so slightly as Kyo was pressed up against her. She went through the motions as he instructed and when she whipped the ball down the lane she flung it as hard as she could! She was looking for a big hit and power to help the pins smash into each other although she was just out of the 1-3 pin pocket leading to pins scattering and three left standing. "Not bad right?" JJ said with a shrug. "Thanks for the help big guy." She added with a smile and wink. Once her ball came back in the ball return she stepped back up making the spare.

JJ came back and was all smiles as she walked past Kyo running her hand gently down his chest. "Your turn, I know you won't disappoint either." She said with a wink as she sat down ready to watch Kyo do his thing.

Kyo exhaled the breath he hadn't realized that he had been holding as he finished helping JJ with her throw. The way JJ's ass had been grinding against his crotch was...well, distracting to say the least. The way JJ was smiling told him that she had very much enjoyed that little action...and then she winked at him as his own turn came up. He realized at that moment he was probably looking more than a little flustered.

Taking a deep breath, Kyo calmed down, took the ball, and lined up the shot. He focused only on his own breathing, on the line that the ball needed to travel down, on the force he needed to get the ball there...

...the way JJ's hair had actually smelled really nice as he had leaned against her...

His throw went off by a few centimeters as he made it, and he bit back a curse. The ball descriibed a wide arc, veering to the side. It still slammed into the pins, smashing them aside...but, tellingly, left three of them standing. What should have been a full strike had turned out to be anything but.

Slightly red-faced, he turned back to JJ. "Ah...bad luck I guess," he said, awkwardly rubbing the back of his head.

JJ clapped as Kyo's ball smashed into the pins. "Not bad! You have that fancy curve going which is more than I can say. I just throw it straight down the lane and hope to just power my way into making the pins explode." JJ said with a smile and shrug. "I bet you approach this a lot like you approach wrestling huh?" JJ said with a smile and raised eyebrows. "Technical, precise, all that good stuff."

JJ was having fun so far and she was making it clear as day for Kyo to see. She didn't have time for dumb games. If she was enjoying herself he was going to know and not have to guess at anything. She was hoping that the whole day could keep on going just like this. As Kyo was trying to make his spare JJ was hurriedly using her phone screen to look herself over making sure everything fit perfect and she looked good. She was quickly finding out she worried that he wasn't having as much fun as her although everything seemed good so far.
