L.A.W. - League of Anime Wrestling

Hey guys. Been a long day so I'm gonna avoid my usual formal ramblings. This ppv will establish and crown the inaugural Middleweight Champion and Inaugural Losers champion. Subsequent championships will be introduced later, I promise.

We should have a ppv coming up sometime this fall/winter, hopefully timing up well with the end of the Middleweight Championship Tournament. I need a few suggestions and help with miscellaneous things. So please comment below answering the following questions or agreeing/disagreeing with others so I get an idea of what direction we wanna go in.

What should we name the PPV? What time range would be ideal for you for it to start? Would you be willings to get a story or something going beforehand before securing a match on the card? (I'm considering making that a requirement? What other ideas/suggestions do you have?

I've made it a point since I started LAW to listen to everyone and try and do whatever I could to make decisions that everyone will be ok or happy with. And I'm determined to continue dong that. So please sound off and chime in below.

"LAW and Order" XD Since were finally establishing LAW with a PPV

Oh I like that. 'LAW and order', would be the title, the match starts with multiple girls and a lot of handcuffs scattered around, winner would need to handcuff everybody else in or outside the ring.

One idea I have is "Break(out) the LAW"

Breakout for being the first PPV, and Break the Law to work in the LAW name.

LOSER Belt - You keep it by losing your match. It's going to be the LAW equivalent of a dunce hat.

Also, what about the idea that matches are done first on another format e.g Trillian, google documents, long before the PPV even starts? It would ensure every match is finished.

EDIT: Not the first PPV, but I say we have a jungle PPV, either literally in the jungle or the arena is set to that style. Every wrestler has to wear a amazonian/cavewoman style bikini. Why? LAW OF THE JUNGLE BAAAAAAAAAAAABY

Isn't that kind of mean though?
I mean in story for the characters, I guess it works as a story device for someone in the opposite way a belt works, but it seems kind of mean spirited by the company in story at least.

I agree. But then again I'm assuming that's the point of the belt is to be mean spirited, but it can be something like putting that girl on notice and maybe lighting a fire under her to not be the losers champions.

While it definitely can be depicted as mean spirited, and likely will in several of the stories it entails, I welcome the championship as something to serve practical use. Not every girl in the LAW roster can, will, or should be an unstoppable winning machine. Girls on the other side of the spectrum, or mid/lower card deserve a goal, too. In the case of the loser's championship, something to stay away from: rock bottom.

While many not take interest in the championship, there are several people that requested for it to be a thing and expressed enthusiasm for it. And I think all in all, it's a good thing for a wrestling promotion to have, especially an rp-based one like us. It helps bring other characters into the conversation, and gives others a way to get some notoriety in a way that isn't being written or sold as performing super well all the time.

Without it, if you were to make a jobber, they'd kind of just be stuck in limbo without any item or goal uniting them or relating them to the rest of the roster. There's also the possibility of someone established on the roster being forced to compete in a loser's championship match, which makes for a funny match, and in my opinion, good story.

Also, I like both names. However, in this thread people seem to be expressing desires to call the future Hardcore/24/7 Belt, the Lawless belt. So I'm not sure if that suggestion can be enacted. But I very much appreciate both those name ideas for the ppv.
