Past and Present

Alaina was already changed and in the training ring waiting for the arrival of Belinda. She was early and had warmed up already, having done a bit of stretching. Clad in a black one piece swimsuit, black kneepads and black boots she was ready for in-ring training and whatever other workout Belinda would want to do today. Alaina was leaning against the turnbuckle in the corner and going over what to expect from Belinda. She was a very balanced wrestler with good size so Alaina was mentally preparing herself for just about anything.

She had everything in her gym bag next to the ring and leaned against the corner patiently waiting and eager to see what Belinda was capable of. Thankfully she was much less of an arrogant pain than her aunt. To say that Alaina and Aurora had a tense relationship was putting it lightly.

Alaina didn't have to wait too long for Belinda as the blonde herself was pretty early as well, she wouldn't dare to be late to a sparring session with her idol after all. Stepping out into the gym the short haired blonde had a bag in hand and a water bottle in the other, a towel draped over her left shoulder. She wore a pair of black Nike Tempo lux shorts and a black sports bra, with a white tank top over that along with a pair of black boots with white laces. A lot less colorful than he typical ring gear was.

Waving a bit with the hand she had her water bottle in when she caught sight of Alaina, surprised that the brunette had come here before her. She would quickly head to the side of the ring, dropping down her back and water bottle as she would swing her towel up onto the top rope by her corner. She would climb up into the air and nod her head. " Hey Mrs. Sa...I mean Alaina!" Belinda let out as she would walk up to the center of the ring, just looking over her idol it was clear to see why she was such a famous wrestler, her body even in her age was a muscular marvel. " Wow...Okay, so how do we do this? I haven't exactly sparred with my idol before. Haha." Belinda joked, still a bit nervous about this.

Belinda was certainly fit and Alaina guessed she could punch, slam and fight above her weight class as she watched her approach. "Same as any other spar really. Just make the rules and off we go! I was thinking standard match rules and honor system. We will keep it in the ring and no brawling on the outside or anything." Alaina said laying out a proposed set of guidelines for the two women to follow.

Alaina leaned back against the ropes and tilted her head to the side. "Did you tell your aunt you met me? If so I am very curious as to what she had to say about me as I doubt any of it was good." Alaina said with a bit of a smile on her face.

Belinda would nod her head excitedly as Alaina let out the rules of the whole spar and guidelines, everything seemed pretty standard and with it the blond would be a bit more assured. She was certain that she could uphold those guidelines no doubt...she only doubted how well she could do against Alaina Sanders of all people!

Though, the Swedish-American was without a doubt willing to give it everything she had, like she always did.

Bouncing on her feet a little to warm up that final extra bit, she was forced to stop when Alaina asked her about her aunt. "Ah?! Hah! Yeah I did actually." Belinda said with a smile, " I chat with her rather regularly, ever since I started wrestling here in Japan." Belinda spoke out as she would then roll her shoulders a bit. " Hmm...she didn't say too much actually." Belinda thought back to her conversation with Aurora. " All she said was, *Interesting*..." Belinda responded as she tried her best to mimic the sort of regal tone that Aurora usually spoke in.

That made Alaina raise an eyebrow. "When Aurora says that and pauses like she is tapping her finger against her chin that is never good." Alaina said. She wanted to say more but didn't have the heart to tell Belinda what she really thought of Aurora. "The two of us never saw eye to eye... and I think she was always mad that I always managed to overshadow her." Alaina added, suddenly fearing that she said too much. She hoped Belinda wasn't going to be mad.

Alaina bounced around from foot to foot shaking out her hands. "Okay, ready? Ding ding ding!" Alaina said mimicking the bell. The amazon stepped up to Belinda holding her hands out. She was offering a contest of strength to Belinda curious to see if the smaller but younger woman would accept.

Belinda would shrug her shoulders, " She was always a bit annoyed that you were my favorite wrestler, haha." Belinda said with a little chuckle escaping her mouth, " That's probably more so what would annoy her about it." The blonde joked as she would would hear Alaina make the ding sound, moving out of the corner she was in and stepping up to the center of the squared circle.

Seeing Alaina raise her arms up and extend them towards her, Belinda would tilt her head...she wasn't sure how well she could hold out against the Amazon, but this was a spar after all! A good chance to test herself against her Idol. Moving in, she'd try and clasp her hands with Alaina's and quickly step forward as she would try and push against the veteran.

The kid was strong and Alaina was quite impressed, however she also wanted to show Belinda that she was taking her seriously. Alaina groaned and pushed back, giving it everything she had to try to force Belinda back! "I hope I am not disappointing you!" Alaina said before giving it a big push to try to overpower Belinda straightaway to establish herself and maybe jar Belinda a slight bit.

[Devastated]

Belinda could feel the immense might of Alaina, it was as if she was trying to hold up a falling building as the older woman pushed against her, gritting her teeth and extending a leg far back, bracing her foot against the canvas as she tried her best to hold against Alaina!

She could already feel her arms shake as she was forced a step back....determined and full of energy the blonde would do her best to keep Alaina's advance as slow going as possible....

Soon enough being forced another step back, as she shook her head, too focused on holding against the Amazon to answer, giving just a shake of her head to show that Alaina had certainly not disappointed her when it came to strength. Though she was determined to not disappoint Alaina as well! Looking to hold her idol at bay as long as she could.

Belinda was not making this easy for Alaina but Alaina was making progress. She wanted to press Belinda back into the corner or against the ropes either one would work for the amazon. Once she got Belinda into position Alaina would show Belinda that being cornered against the amazon was not a good place! Alaina would begin to hammer Belinda with a combination of knee strikes, forearm smashes and punches to Belidna's mid-section before aiming one hard shot at her jaw to cap off the flurry of strikes!

[Devastated]

Belinda held Alaina at bay for a time, but the amazon's bigger size, weight and might was enough to soon enough force Belinda back into the corner, causing her to grunt out as her back hit the corner post. From there Alaina decided to break off the test of strength and then start to show that in this spar she really did mean business.

The Amazon would begin to lay into Belinda with har shots to her fit abs as she smashed into them with forearm strikes and punches, each one earning a grunt and a small escape of air from Belinda as then Alaina shot her fist up and smacked it right against Belinda's jaw, snapping her head to the side as her arms looped over the top ropes, being the one thing right now that kept the young Swedish-American from sliding down onto her rear.
