Sampson and Viper's history with one another isn't extremely long, but it is quite back and forth, as the two knew one another before they both came to LAW, having history together. Their first meeting was in one of the underground wrestling events that Sampson had gotten his start in, back when Sampson was still quite young and inexperienced, with Viper being so as well, but to a far less extreme degree. The two would compete against one another, and with Sampson still being early on into his career, Viper dispatched of the male in her usual fashion, beating him soundly whilst humiliating him in a quite lewd manner, as Viper is wont to do with her opponents! However, unlike many of her foes that she faced before she made her way to well known organizations, Sampson wouldn't fade away from the wrestling scene, and instead would improve himself as a wrestler, not quite ever forgetting that encounter.
Quite some time later in an independent wrestling promotion, Sampson and Viper would meet once more, the two ending up in a match against one another by some incredible coincidence. Both wrestlers happened to remember the other, but while Viper was prepared for a repeat of their previous encounter, she would instead find herself on the losing side of things this time, Sampson taking advantage of her cocky attitude and crushing her in their rematch! Sampson dominated Viper and even returned the favor of humiliating her in the ring, the normally dominant woman forced to get a taste of her own medicine from the bull. The second encounter provided an even stronger point of contention as Viper was now the one fixated on her loss, instead of Sampson, and the two wouldn't just let it go after the match was over, meeting backstage as they nearly began to fight one another again!
However, once things calmed down, the two would be left with only a hefty amount of respect for one another, after both had suffered a loss to the other, leaving them even. And while the two had met as opponents, they soon seemed to discover that they had similar ideals, sparking a mutual respect and friendship between one another. As it would so happen, the two would team together a few times before continuing in their solo ventures, getting a fair amount of tag team experience together! And yet again, as fortune would have it, the two would find themselves reunited in LAW, re-forming their tag team in order to take on the tag divisions of LAW!
