L.A.W. - League of Anime Wrestling

When the announcement came of the finals for Lightweight tourney would be taking place at We Are LAW, both Alice and Clara recieved a note that, in addition to that, the event would have a match to decide the first ever LAW Tag Team Champs. When both sisters found out about the news, they called each other out about this:

"I am so...so sorry, Ali...I wish we could partake, but I really want to win the Lightweight belt. I need to focus on that..."

"Weeeeeeeeell...it's fine...you do owe me for this though, sis. Could start by giving me a lightweight title match after you win...unless you are scared to lose...", she would tease the Shadow Lord: "Besides, I have some stuff of my own to deal with at the event...", Alice would solemnly add

"I see...well...you better win your match against Adriana then! And after you do, and after I win my belt, I'll see to it that I defend my belt against you at some point."

"Good! What's wrestling without some good old sibling rivalry...hehehehe..."

"...hmmm"

"What's up?"

"We could both fit in a match before We Are LAW, right? On the off chance either of us loses our match...I'd still like to challenge for the belts at some point. And we are yet to debut as a team here. If we are to unseat whoever wins at We Are LAW, might as well start getting wins now."

"That's a good plan! Want me to send a request to the office?"

"Mhmmm!"

With that, the call came to an end, and Clara quickly grabbed the usual online form the booking office requested wrestlers to fill to ask for a particular match, against a particular foe...the latter of which the Brit would leave us: "You decide!", before sending the email off to LAW HQ.

She got her answer a few days later, 2 days prior the next episode of LAW TV...and as Alice came over from Kyoto, the two girls would check out the name of their opponents together:

"Toni and Mara...Ashford sisters...hmmm...sounds familiar..."

"...google...Dana Ashford?"

"Huh? Ok..."

And once she did, the familiar surname would make sense to Clara.

Dana Ashford, the mother of Toni and Mara was a comparatively recent addition to LAW...but by no means a recent addition to the wrestling scene. She had been wrestling since the early 90s...and just so happened to be active around the same time Clara Grey, Alice's mother, and the woman Clara Gaster was named after, was taking a tour of American indies, a match Alice knew existed, but did not check it...prior to today, as the two easily found the match on Youtube.

Taking a quick look of the match between the American and the Brit brought a bit of sadness and happiness to the former Grey, as her mother tried to survive the brutal and sadistic onslaught from Dana, catching her in her brutal holds more than a few times...but ultimately, the smaller woman would be defeated by her much larger opponent.

Clara would watch the match with interest, as she herself took a lot from Alice's mother to her own style...but periodically, would peak at the girl who, by fate, became her sibling. She could see tears rolling down the Pale Rider's smiling face, as she cheered her mother on as the match rolled on...

Once it was over, Alice herself was surprised that she had been crying. Shaking her head, and wiping away the tears, she would tell Clara: "Clever cunts, those LAW bookers. Saw an opportunity for a match of second generational wrestlers, took it, and ran with it. Well...I'll...no. We'll make sure that history is different this time!", the Pale Rider would proclaim...with Clara nodding, and subsequently hugging her sister...

A few days later, the duo was ready for their match, with Alice dressed in her usual attire of grey tights, shirt (with black bra underneath), and boots...while the Shadow Lord wore her similar tights with a yellow top and boots...paired with her usually, smiley mask, of course.

With a knock on the door, the Sisters of All Styles were ready for their tag debut to commence in a few short moments...

Warriors by Imagine Dragons blared on the speakers as the two sisters made their way out, GASTER laughing her typical laughter, while Alice pointed her signature kendo stick into the crowd, before both girls would take for the ring...

Once inside, the duo would pose on the turnbuckles into the crowd, with them cheering Gasters on!

The Shadow Lord would climb down first, as she took a mic from ref's hands to cut her usual promo at her opponent's:

"Before my major conquest in the Dome...I have one last thing to do before then, as my first general's creator, one of my dimensions greatest commanders, had a fierce foe she couldn't fully destroy...and ended up creating more warriors in her image! Upon the request of my general, tonight, we will take them down!!! Mwahahahahaha!!!"

Giving the mic back to the ref, GASTER would take for her corner. Alice requested Clara to start the match earlier, and the Shadow Lord was more than willing to oblige, as she stepped under the ropes, while Pale Rider stood in the ring, as the duo waited for their opponents to enter the ring...

While both Toni and Mara Ashford might have their first appearance during the fight between their mother, Dana Ashford, and her rival, Alaina Sanders-Haines, where they did some interference that costed the Amazon the fight, this would be their debut in the ring as a tag team. The two of them were pretty pumped for the fight, especially Toni, who was itching to prove herself not only to her mother, but also to everyone watching. The more laidback one among the sisters, Mara, was just going with the flow while also looking forward for her debut.

"Sisters of All Styles? What kind of team name is that?" Toni wondered aloud after learning of who they would be facing in the ring.

Mara just shrugged as she fixed her wrestling outfit. "I dunno. At least, they got their name already. We haven't decided what name we should use for our team," she said.

"What, you think the Queens of Ashes and Ruins not good enough?" Toni questioned her older sister.

"I don't think people can take us seriously with that name..." Mara reasoned, putting on her fingerless gloves. "Well, why don't we ask Ryan's input for this? He's already experienced in this kind of stuff, you know?"

Toni hesitated a bit. "I dunno... his girlfriend's been sticking up with him all the time, it's kind of annoying."

Mara gave Toni a weird look. "You don't like Michelle?"

"She got this bad vibes and stuff..." Toni said, making gestures with her hands. "I'm not sure why mom's fine with her..."

"She's pretty cool once you get to know her, you know?" Mara said. "Oh well, let's put this aside and put on your war face, Toni. We got a team to beat up..."

Hearing that from Mara, Toni grinned as she punched her palm. "That's what I'm talking about, sis! Those dorks won't know what gonna hit 'em!"

So, once both sisters were prepared, they made their way to the gorilla position, and once they heard their cue, their music, Ontology, was played, and the two of them walked out to the ramp, receiving mixed reactions from the crowd who still remembered what they did back then during the fight between their mother and Alaina.

Ashford Sisters

Toni, clad in a leopard-print leotard, wearing her hair in a ponytail, walked down the ramp in confident manner, while her older sister, Mara, clad in two-piece wrestling outfit, walked alongside her, smiling at the crowd. Soon, they reached the ring, and at the same time, they climbed up the apron and entered the ring before they took a look at their opponents.

"Pfft, look at these dorks..." Toni said as she looked at Alice and Clara.

"Hmm... somehow, they remind me of someone, but I can't put my finger on it..." Mara said, observing the opposing team.

"Lemme go first, sis!" Toni told her older sister. "I wanna show 'em this isn't some kind of freak show." Mara just shrugged, and looking ecstatic, Toni would go first as Mara would slip out of the ropes and wait at their corner.

It seemed that the first one to go from the opposing team with be the one in grey, Alice. Toni stepped forward, looking confident as she cracked her knuckles.

"So... you're ready to get your ass kicked?" Toni asked as she would wait for the bell to be sounded.

"O-oh...h-hmmmm...", Clara would mutter while on the ring apron, as their foes for tonight appeared on the entrance ramp:

"Something wrong, Shadow Lord?", Alice would ask, as she threw her kendo stick to the ringside.

"J-just...I didn't expect Ashfords to be so cute...", she suddenly whispered.

"Em...excuse me, what was that?"

"I...didn't expect them to look so cute.

Alice would look at Clara with a dumbfounded expression...but if she wanted to say anything, she stayed silent, as the older sister blushed at her comment under her mask.

Still, she couldn't help but think the two sisters indeed looked quite appealing to her eye. Mara was dressed in quite a revealing two-piece, while Toni wore a very hot leotard that was split down the middle, showcasing her cleavage in full.

As Clara kept looking at the duo, Alice would finally speak: "Get your head in the game, you dork!"

Hesitantly, Clara turned away, as Toni and Mara made their way into the ring.

Soon enough, Toni would enter the ring, with Mara staying on the apron, as the two younger sisters of their sibling tag teams took stage:

"Nope. Ready to break your pretty face though!", the shorter girl would cheerfully say, right as:

DING DING DING!!!

The match would get underway!

Alice elected to start things slow, closing in toward the ponytailed blonde, as her hands were raised up for a lock up...

Toni smirked at Alice as she would take her stance, preparing herself for her clash with her opponent. As the match finally went underway, the youngest Ashford would charge forward, locking up with Alice in a grapple.

Planting her feet on the mat, Toni would make use of the knowledge that her mother had imparted to her, making use of her hips to control the direction of their grapple. She would try to use her skill to overpower her opponent as the two of them were locked up with each other.

Oh, who she was kidding! The moment they were locked up, Toni decided to bring one of her knees up, driving it right into Alice's belly, hoping to knock some air out of her lungs and leave her winded.

The two ladies would be engaged in a stalemate in the lock up, something that rarely happened to Alice, for quite a bit of time, right up until Toni decided to take the advantage, and get early momentum on her side as she rammed a hard knee right into Pale Rider's stomach!

"GUUUUAAAAAH!", the Brit screamed as she let go of the lock up, stepping away from her blonde foe as she doubled over...

"Cheap...kah...cunt...", she would spit out hypocritically, herself using this sort of strategy to start the match on more than a few occasions...

Grinning after landing the knee shot right into Alice's belly, Toni planned to keep up with her assault. "Hmph, just get over it!" Toni responded to Alice's words as she would close in, grabbing her by her head. She would secure a front facelock around her grey-clad opponent, wrapping her arm around her head before falling backwards, hoping to nail Alice's head into the mat with a DDT!

It was quite early for her to bust out that move, but she wanted to make sure that her opponent was disoriented and dizzy, vulnerable before her so that she could continue working on her without interference.

"Don't...guuuh...tell me what the fuck to----GAAAAH!", Alice yelped as Toni pulled on her short hair!

The Pale Rider would be forced onto her feet as her head was trapped in a front facelock by her blonde opponent, before she was dropped head first into the canvas with a DDT!

"GAAAAAAGH!"

Things did not start in Alice's favor, and DDT robbed the chances of turning the tide soon even further...

Bringing Alice's head down into the mat with a DDT, Toni would then let go of her head, grinning mischievously as she would then get herself back up onto her feet. She had gained quite an upper hand over her opponent, and she would like to take advantage of this and give no time for her opponent to recover.

"What's the matter? Can't handle me?" Toni taunted Alice as she would try to deliver a kick at the side of her body, hoping that the kick would deal more damage on her opponent. The crowd made their displeasure known by booing the ponytailed wrestler.

"Oh...I am going to handle you alright, when I tear your arms...AAAAAAGH!", Alice screamed as Toni nailed a hard kick to the side of her body!

Toni was standing between Alice and her home corner, separating her away from Clara for a tag! If the Pale Rider were to escape her current predicament, she had to counter her pony-tailed foe by herself...

Nailing a hard kick to the side of Alice's body while she was down, Toni laughed a little, feeling superior over her opponent. She would give her body another kick to the side before she decided to pull her back up onto her feet, preparing to launch another attack to her.

"Oh yeah? We'll see about that, loser!" Toni said as she would hold onto Alice's hand by her wrist before sending her running towards the ropes which were far from where the opposing team's corner was located. After sending her running with the Irish whip, Toni planned to wait for her to rebound back to her in preparation to hit her with a clothesline!

Meanwhile, Mara was at her corner, watching her sister wrestling her opponent. While she didn't fully approve of her arrogance in the ring, she didn't see any need to correct her either, thinking that Toni was fine as she was at the moment.
