Having grown up an orphan on the streets with her twin sister, the Ashgrove twins would be able to make a living working part time as a pair of maids. Lilly and Beatrice worked hard to make a living while getting through highschool. At the age of 17, Hazel started having a relationship with the son of the president of a small college in Oxford, and the two were able to get a fullride scholarship because of said relationship. This lasted until the two were twenty when for the first time Hazel brought her boyfriend over to stay the night. While she had to step out for a while, Lilly and the boy crossed paths, and started playing with Lilly thinking it was Hazel. Lilly was shocked by the whole thing and could baerly get out that she wasn't her sister, but Hazel's boyfriend thought she was just playing hard to get like Hazel was known to do at the time. It was a while afterwards before the mistake was realized, Causing the boy to flee the scene. This caused an investigation, and in and attempt to save his son, the president of the company spun the case to make it look like the Ashgrove twins were the ones who charmed his son, and was trying to frame him to get a ransom out of his son. They were both expelled with no chance to find a way to get back into college. The twins went back to work as maids, but was barely making ends meet. After a few years of this, Hazel started working on some nights in some underground and bar fighting to try to get some extra money, but the amount they got from it was barely anything, and the fights were normally extremely brutal.
The twins had started working at the LAW hotel where bedroom fights often took place at as cleaning maids. After a few weeks of working their, and one of the employees hearing Lilly talking to Hazel about how she was competeing in matches, a booker approached the two about the possiblity of working for the company. Beatrice was up for it, but Lilly at first opposed the idea. After a little while of talking with the booker though, she was convinced to sign up so that her sister didn't have to do all the heavy lifting for the two to stay alive. The two now live in a small single bedroom appartment on the outskirts of Tokyo.
