Growing up in Nagoya, a young girl named Shinobu Toyama wanted desperately to become a police officer. From a young age, Shinobu's life revolved around officers of the law. Given her parents, grandfather, older brother, and cousins were all part of their local precinct, it made sense that the newest, youngest member of the Toyama family would want to follow in her family's many, many footsteps. She always saw police officers as proud, hardworking men and women who sought to protect the weak and vulnerable by seeking out and exterminating crime. Investigations, high-speed chases, undercover work...EVERYTHING...Shinobu wanted to become the next Toyama to make her mark in the world. She dreamed about becoming a shining beacon of hope for a younger generation, one that would lead others onto the right path.
However, despite her bright aspirations...Shinobu wasn't the brightest bulb in the box. The girl was...dim...to put it softly. She managed well in her classes, studied hard, and dedicated herself, but her mind was constantly clouded. She struggled to focus when it counted. This led to her failing the incredibly intense and strict written exam. Despite making great strides in the physical department, a lack of mental aptitude meant that Shinobu would have to give up on her dreams. Now left with an impressively slim yet athletic build, Shinobu felt aimless. She finished her studies in college, barely managing to pass, but she had no prospects lined up for her post-graduation. She tried to pursue athletics, but nothing appealed to her. And then-...one day, out of the blue, she came across this notice in an ad book. Written in big, bombastic text was an advertisement for open registrations for professional wrestling tryouts. Pro wrestling...Interesting. It paid well, and there weren't any pesky written exams. If Shinobu managed to succeed, she could make a name for herself.
At that moment, a lightbulb turned on in the young woman's mind. Shinobu's head suddenly filled with idyllic dreams of grandeur. If she became famous, she could become an icon of justice on an international level!!! She could be a force for good, a heroine of justice, and a positive role model with a can-do, never-say-die attitude!!! She had seen professional wrestling on TV all the time. All the fascinating, kooky characters...she could TOTALLY do that!!! She had the physicality, she had the athletic prowess...and she had a CHARACTER. If she couldn't officially be a police officer, she could at least pretend, just like she did when she was little!!! Shinobu signed up for the tryouts and cleaned house, showcasing the most potential and talent throughout the entirety of her class. After a few months of rigorous physical trials, workouts, and character work, Shinobu had her last test. She had to perform at a house show in front of a real audience with a roster of judges seated at ringside to judge her performance. Shinobu went out there and NAILED her performance!!! Her mic skills weren't phenomenal, but she had spirit, passion, and a solid character that captivated the crowd. Her in-ring skills were also incredible, as the woman proved to be gifted in the technical aspect, pulling off moves that were pretty advanced for a rookie. After pinning her opponent for the three count, Shinobu earned a full-time contract to the wrestling promotion...ironically enough, this promotion was named LAW...How fitting!!! Now, this rookie 'enforcer' finds herself as an icon of justice, looking to clean up the halls of LAW in the name of the law...one match at a time!!!
Personality: Shinobu's day-to-day nature can best be described as determined and passionate. Whenever she sets a goal for herself, she's adamant about seeing it through. Her strong moral compass will lead her to speak up against things that earn her ire. She's a lawful, compassionate, and civil person who prioritizes the collective well-being of the people first, as an officer of the law should. Despite only being a pro-wrestler...and not a full-time officer of the law...she maintains a semi-authoritative attitude, always keeping an eye open for anything illegal. Of course, she has no real authority, but that doesn't stop her from standing up to injustice, especially in the form of bullying. She doesn't place herself on a pedestal. Nor does she allow her ego to go unchecked. Despite any praise she may receive from her lawfully good deeds or stylish performances, she remains humble and dedicated, using her 'fame' to better interact with people as a symbol of sorts for justice both in and out of the ring. She likes to think of herself as one of those old-school PSA mascots, encouraging the youth to be safe, stay in school, and of course..."Don't try this at home."

Strategy: Shinobu's strategy mainly surrounds restraining. On paper, it sounds boring...But upon closer investigation, her athletic and fast-paced style really turns up the pace to eleven. In a few rare cases, a match could be over within a couple of minutes. By securing her opponent and wearing them down with various strikes and holds, she can effectively dictate the outcome of a fight on her terms. Additionally, she's no slouch when it comes to her strength training. She uses a few slams and power moves to better take down opponents, leaving them exhausted and disoriented, allowing her to follow behind with a submission or a quick, highly technical pin maneuver.
