L.A.W. - League of Anime Wrestling

Sally was overjoyed to finally find a wrestling promotion big enough to contain her immense talent, she truly was grateful for the opportunity she had been given to join LAW. However the blonde couldn't help but feel that she didn't compete often enough and so hadn't got to showcase her talents to their fullest potential, regardless of if she won or loss. Deciding to finally take it upon herself to make her name more well known the blonde dressed herself in her usual combat attire, a headband which was slightly obscured by strands of hair hanging over it, jeans with one leg missing the majority of the fabric to leave that leg bare while her other jean leg just had stylistic cuts spread through-out, and finally a frilly white top which functioned somewhere between a crop top and a bra, since she didn't actually wear a bra all that often.

Sally had spoke to some higher ups in LAW earlier in the week, and had planned a true spectacle of sorts, as she intended to use the 1-1.5 hour cool down period after the LAW episode ended to get some open challenges going. The blonde was slightly surprised that the officials agreed, but they made it fairly clear that if she intended to work for longer than she was payed on a day where there was no rush for the camera crew or fans to be escorted out then that was up to her. Hell they had even agreed to live stream the matches on the accompanying promotion website after the feed from the scheduled show ended, which meant the matches would be official and treated just like any other match after the fact despite not being on the show itself.

The Icon would wander around backstage and approach the workers in what was usually a break period between matches, but the blonde was going to make certain that she got the chance to highlight her abilities. Appearing before the crowd Sally would cut through the curtains to reveal herself to the unsuspecting crowd, not even being accompanied by any sort of music as she walked down towards the ring, grabbing a mic before rolling under the bottom rope and getting up onto her feet.

" Hello lovely crowd, I have an announcement to make. Today I shall bless you not only with my presence, my silver tongue or the sight of my impressive physique, but additionally You shall get to enjoy the wonder of an unplanned match. " The blonde would say, the crowd reacting favourably to the idea of some free extra matches, even if they weren't too fond of Sally, which quite a few members of the crowd weren't despite her so far limited exposure

" Actually, don't celebrate yet. As it gets even better, and this is truly the kicker, folks. I, the Icon, Sally Angella shall not just compete in one surprise match, nor two, but rather a triathlon of matches. Everyone backstage keep your ears ready, because when I issue the challenge anyone, and I mean anyone of any weight class can come out to join me in a competitive crowd thrilling bout! " Sally would continue, taking a moment to rest her voice before finally coming to her closing announcement.

" Now, I would like to welcome out anyone in the locker room who would like to come out and reserve the first match of the night. The second and third bouts shall be on the spot, as I fully intend to go the distance without any breaks. However there is no reason why my first opponent couldn't come out and introduce herself, and so I implore someone, anyone to come on out! " Sally concluded, before turning to face the ramp as she waited for a smile, eager to see who her courageous first challenger would be.

After Sally's enthusiastic announcement, there was a small window where it seemed as though nobody was coming out to meet her challenge. But after a few moments, a figure appeared at the top of the ramp. Curly blonde hair, glasses, a killer figure, and a pink and white wrestling singlet, it was none other than Ducky Williams! Standing at the top of the ramp, she brandished a microphone, grinning and waving to the crowd. While still being a bit new, Ducky had already seemed to connect with the audience, and they cheered loudly, showing her a lot of love. Finally, they quieted down a bit, and Ducky raised the microphone up to her lips, before starting to speak.

"Well, today's your lucky day Sally! I was walking by backstage, and I happened to hear you out here, and I must say, I'm intrigued!
Three people in a row? That's sure something!" Ducky said, honestly impressed by this girl's moxie. Taking on three challengers was a crazy feat, something that told her that this girl was either incredibly sure of herself, or completely in over her head. But Ducky was always up for a challenge, and she'd much rather find out just what this girl was about by actually taking her on.

"Now, I probably wouldn't have come out here if this was your second or third match. Taking a shot at a winded girl just isn't my style.
But since you're out here, fresh and fit as a fiddle, I'd say that I'd be more than willing to take you on!" Ducky said, receiving a cheer from the audience, and being the first person to accept Sally's challenge!

Sally would pay her to be opponent some decent amount of respect as she listened intently and studied the figure as best she could from this distance, like herself Ducky seemed to be a solid overall package, acceptably lean, pretty, stylish and having a rare curvature that threatened even the Icon herself in terms of appeal, although unlike Sally she didn't seem to be blessed with the height of a typical model. Ducky also seemed both to be able to talk and to already have a decently sized portion of the crowd who enthusiastically supported her.

Sally's lips would curve upwards into a slight smirk as Ducky brought attention to the feat she was to perform tonight, the taller blonde happy to have her tremendous guts recognised by a fellow wrestler. The Icon would decide not to cut in at all, so far quite liking what came out of the woman's mouth to an extent where she felt no need to utter back a word until Ducky had concluded.

As Ducky spoke she said something that made Sally worry slightly, specifically that she wouldn't have accepted the positions for the second or third match at fear of unfairness, Sally hoped that not everyone backstage shared this sentiment, as commendable as it was. The crowd seemingly being quite energised by the sudden surprise of two attractive blondes planning a surprise match, both of which somewhat new to the promotion and although they had differing levels of fandom the majority of the crowd was at least curious about just what the arrogant Sally could do in the ring when given the chance, even if they didn't like her. Very few could deny that Sally's matches were entertaining, even if it was equally hard to deny that Sally could very much be unlikable at times.

" Oh I am lucky indeed, thank you very much for having the courage to accept my challenge. I'm sure we will put on a magnificent match, though I'm surprisingly durable, as a matter of fact, I'm sure I'll have no problem winning multiple matches in the one night. So what is your name worthy adversary? " Sally would express as vividly as she could, being grateful for Ducky accepting her challenge, but also trying to ensure that her words didn't warn off other competitors from accepting her later matches in the night. As the larger blonde spoke she would let out the usual cockiness and condescension that caused most foe's to become at least slightly irritated at her, the Icon sweetening up her claim with a specific choice of words, but at the end of the day she had pretty much just claimed that she would not only for certain win against Ducky, but be fit enough to wrestle and win in the following matches too.

As Ducky finished speaking, the girl in the ring was still giving off a big grin, although noticeably dropping it when Ducky mentioned how she really wouldn't want to take a shot at a weary wrestler. However, after Ducky was finished, she raised the mic back up to her lips, beginning to speak again. And as Ducky listened, she was a slight bit curious at what the girl said. From where she was sitting, it almost sounded like Sally was dismissing the idea of losing to her. And the more she thought about it, the more she was sure that was actually what had a happened. After Sally was finished speaking, Ducky gave it a second or two before speaking again.

"My name is Ducky Williams. And while I appreciate being called courageous, I think you might be getting ahead of yourself. While winning multiple matches in one night would be highly impressive, the only problem with that is the fact that I fully intend on beating you when we wrestle. Not that I don't think you're a worthy competitor, far from it. But this has been my life's work to get here, and I'm not stopping until I'm the best wrestler in the world, so I don't plan on losing to anyone soon!" Ducky said to the cheers of the crowd, pausing a second before continuing.

"So don't worry, when you come back out here, I'll be back to meet your challenge. Just don't hold it against me if I crash your plans to win three matches in a row right at the start of it!" Ducky says, giving the crowd one last wave before retreating to the back. This was the first time she had spoke in front of the audience, and maybe it was the cheers or just being given the ability to, but she was pumped up. She quickly headed off to do some preparations before beginning with her match tonight.

Sally was glad that she was facing someone with enough confidence to call her out on her own overwhelming confidence, but the taller blonde still didn't take the threat of the woman atop the ramp very seriously, even if she was in fact a mid weight, the fact that she looked so small made the Icon assume she was a lightweight.

As Ducky spoke Sally would be kind enough to listen without interrupting, the Icon had already had her chance to speak and she was going to get many more later on, so it was only fair for Ducky to get her fill in. Sally didn't intend to hold a grudge against the smaller blonde after their match, but that was entirely because she didn't see herself losing, after all her feat of fighting three matches would be off to a very bad start if she got beat in the match where she would be most fresh. Moreso than usual Sally had a strong resolve to win, and unyielding confidence despite not knowing how her skills and abilities matched up to the smaller woman. Considering Sally mostly relied on speed and grappling she could imagine having some difficulty if the smaller woman had a similar focus, since it would be easier for Ducky to move on the mat and her smaller body was likely nimbler.

After Ducky finished her statement she would wave to the fans before leaving, the now lonesome Sally standing in the ring for a few seconds to let that sync in. " Well, there you have it. Those in the arena make sure to stay after the main event, and those at home be ready to load up the official LAW website after the show goes off the air. " Sally would conclude, before giving a quick bow and then treading over to the ropes before exiting them and slowly but surely making her own exit. The crowd being allowed to return to their break, even if they were probably excited and ready to see more wrestling after that announcement.
