Talia Wonders vs Lillian Byrne

Talia would get ready backstage as she prepared for her next match. It would be her first traditional match at LAW seeing how her last encounters were hentai or submission only based matches. Tonight was the simple one fall type of match, and Talia was determined to make an impact.

"The following contest is scheduled for one fall. Introducing first, Talia 'The Passion' WONDERS!!!!



Talia entered the arena with a smile on her face, as she waved to the cheering LAW crowd. Talia would then jog down to the ring and would slide under the bottom ropes to enter it. Talia would rise to her feet and would strike some poses for the crowd before going to her corner to stretch as she waited for her opponent to make her entrance. Talia hadn't heard much about her opponent but that's usually a 50/50 chance on that being a good thing in this business.

Lillian stood in the back, waiting for the announcer to call her name, making a few last minute adjustments to her gear, making sure she was ready. She knew almost nothing about her opponent, not that it mattered to her. She never really cared to learn about her opponents before the match, she only cared about beating them during it. Finally, however, it seemed as though she was good to go.

"And her opponent, Lillian Byrne!"



Lillian walked to the ring briskly, not at all bothering to interact with the audience. She didn't give a fuck if they liked her or not, that's not why she was here. She was here to kick ass. Sliding into the ring, she gave Talia a look that could kill, before walking over to her own corner, settling into it, while getting ready for the bell. As she waited, she gave Talia a smug smirk, calling out to her, already deciding to mess with her. "Hey, bitch! Yeah, you! Quick question before we get started. Do you have health insurance?"

Talia got a good look at her opponent, and heard they crowd's response to her. Although Talia wasn't familiar with Lillian, the crowd certainly was as they booed her. The crowd was reacting, that's always good to see. You don't get booked for more matches if the crowd just watch you wrestle silently after all. Lillian glared at Talia and would taunt her before the match, and Talia couldn't help but laugh a bit at the tough girl act. "Not the best first impression. But you've got confidence. I'll give you that." Talia said before she'd extend her hand out to Lillian in a show of sportsmanship. "Let's have a fair match. One that the fans won't forget." Talia said as she waited for Lillian's response.

Lillian raised an eyebrow at her opponent, her smug smirk not really leaving her face. Despite her taunting, it would seem that Talia was dead set on being a good sport, as she extended a friendly towards Lillian. As someone not really accustomed to good sportsmanship, Lillian's face twisted into a scowl, but suddenly, that faded into a smile, as she walked towards Talia, grasping her hand.

"Well thank you. But..." Lillian would trail off, before suddenly tightening her grip on Talia's hand, trying to yank her in and throw a knee up into her stomach! "But I'm not here to put on a good show for the fans! I'm here to kick your ass!"
