Forfeiting the Heavyweight tournament

Thembi was sitting in her locker room, covering her face with palms. She was tough and nothing could break her, but today was different. She qualified to a tournament by basicly winning what was almost a 2v1 match, since her opponent always had a back up beside the ring. It was pretty glorious victory for her, but she payed the price... Right after the match, she was brutally attacked by the duo and Thembi knew that it will take some time for her to completely recover. She stayed away from matches, spars or any physical work during all this time just so her body could heal.

But it didn't... Doctor prohibited her participation in the tournament and she knew that as well. It would be pointless risking another injury. Especially since it would be stacked with other heavy weights. That was her opportunity and she missed it. Because of that cheating bitches!

So Thembi entered the arena with mic in her hand and slowly walked toward the center of the ring. She looked down, straight infront of her feet before finally speaking up.
"Widow, Angle..." She started and paused for a second. "You know i beat both of you in a qualifying match between me and Abi... I qualified to a tournament and yet i'm standing here, pissed off on both of you. You know, i'm not able to participate because of damage you did to me after the match..." She waited a little so the crowd around calmed down. She wasn't most popular, but in that case she was probably more loved as an opposing due. "What is worse is, that management told me that YOU will take my spot in tournament. You may win this time, but better watch your back... both of you!"

She finished up, droped the mic and stormed out of the arena.

Angle and widow would both watch this together in the backstage area, bearing a smile on their faces.
