Strategy: Chao-Xing plays very close attention to the stipulations of a match and will use them percisely to accomplish victory. If she can win in a way that gets her opponent disqualified, as long as it doesn't require expressly breaking the rules herself, She will. Aside from that, from the moment Chao-Xing steps into a ring, onto a mat, or into a cage for a full-contact bout, regardless of discipline, she'll aim to cause pain by any means within the rules and necessary. She considers winding and tiring people out all well and good, but at the end of the day the purpose of doing that is making fighting on too painful to continue, so she figures that its best to reduce her goal to its most fundemental part.

Personality: She is a focused and disciplined professional, winning is her first principle. Not out to make friends and holds most of her opponents with contempt. She's not one to break the rules, but is willing to explit them to her benefit. Not above mutual combat outside of a match, but is highly unlikely to be the one to throw the first punch. Isn't joyless, but isn't exactly joyful either. Is a Polygot.

History:

Born in Macau to civil servant parents, she had a well educated upper middle class upbrining. That didn't stop her from finding her way to get involved in the grit and grime of he gambaling center of asia. For her, that looked like turning what she learned in self-defense classes of which she was enrolled in by her parents, into a means of making money in underground fight clubs in her teenage years. An above average size despite her youth, she received bonuses for every time she'd defeat her opponents by lifting them up and slamming them to the ground due the buzz it always generated. Her being a favorite would frequently tick of her peers. More than once this resulted in brutal back alley brawls, and ambushes that taught her how to efficiently dispatch her foes with targeted strikes.

While this was starting, the olympics being hosted in China opened her eyes to the world of fighting outside of the shadows, so while she'd continue to fight in fight clubs for a few more years, she would participate in taekwondo. She'd attempt first, to compete for the spot as the representative for the 67+ kg class for the next Olympics but was defeated by the eventual representative in a points based defeat, entirely sure that the reason she lost was due to favourtism from the judges in counting her opponents points and levying penalties against her.

For the next asia games she'd choose instead to compete for a spot representative for Macau, which she won handily, where she'd end up facing the woman that beat her a few years prior as China's represenative. She defeated her with a vicious knockout punch to her kidney, taking advantage of the unique legality of this strike in Taekwondo in comparison to most other martial arts. She'd make targeted punches her signature, which would lead her to becoming an olmypic gold medalist in Taekewondo. Despite it being her speciality, Chao-Xing has long competed in events other than Taekwondo, making use of many of the moves she picked up for and from her underground fight club days.
