If he somehow managed to emerge victorious, he would be one of the top contenders for any belt of his choosing, The offer was tantalizing, the competition was definitely something he was capable of handling, and the stakes were more than generous given what he was up against- Within the blink of an eye, T's were crossed and the event was scheduled. All the while, Comet preoccupied himself with numerous, mundane tasks, shirking any extensive work that most would assume anyone in his position would delve into regarding his situation. Perhaps this would be his downfall, but given how his reliable skill had bailed him out numerous times in the past, he wasn't worried.*
