Kyoko's heart sank when she heard the bell ring, she was disoriented but she knew she wasn't the one on top of Akari. Her vision slowly came back and she looked around her surroundings, dreading the sight of something like Akari standing over her or being handed her belt. Her concerns turned to confusion when her surroundings showed she was out of the ring not in it. If she'd been ko'ed it would've been in the ring before the ref would make Akari the new champion, giving her some hope...however she knew that if Akari won the match she'd be given the leeway for a rematch something Kyoko did not want. Her face turned over to the other side and saw something she didn't expect, Akari laying next to her looking just as stunned. This wasn't a count out loss, or even a ko. They had both been counted out, a draw more or less with no winner but still Kyoko was champion. Anyone who knew Kyoko well would understand that she normally treated such a thing as a nuisance especially for a title match, if she didn't win the match she didn't feel like she deserved the belt, that was something clear through all of her reigns as champion before LAW and something that seemed true during this one.
"hahaahhheheheheh......HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH" Kyoko chuckled, then laughed completely at peace with the outcome of this match despite it once being something she could never stomach. Now it was clear Kyoko no longer cared about her record or proving herself the better fighter, the end result was all that mattered, if the belt returned to her at the end of the day Kyoko would happily see it done. Her laughter was a sinking reminder that most of what made the Belly Queen admirable despite her attitude, was dead and gone. The fighting spirit that carried her to this point had been replaced with a desperation to hold onto whatever she had no matter how much respect she lost or pride she had to give up. She felt the belt brought to her side and held it close, laughing still and cradling it as if it was her child. To her it was all that seemed to matter anymore.
