When Molly heard the fans boo them, it felt like someone had punched her right in the stomach. When she saw them drop the merch they were wearing in disgust, turning their backs on the Superstars, she had to hold back the tears that were welling up in her eyes. She didn't want to believe that she had come this far, and worked this hard, all in the name of proving her worth as a Superstar, only for everyone - quite possibly including Harmonia herself - to throw all their love, hopes, and dreams for them in the garbage. But while Molly was devastated to lose her devoted fans, what hurt even more was the thought of Harmonia suffering. When she heard her girlfriend screaming in pain, the same Harmonia who had changed her life, who had moved feelings in her she'd always dreamed of but never thought would ever come true, Molly couldn't bear to drag out her torments any longer. She just wanted Harmonia to tap out so that this could all be over. And, sure enough, Harmonia did.
The bell rang, and with that, the match was over, with Jean and Barbara emerging victorious. Molly glanced down at the ground, sniffling. She wiped a tear from her eye, but she couldn't bear to look back up, knowing that the fans were likely cheering for the same Barbara who had caused her and Harmonia such grief, and that Harmonia was probably about to curse her out for costing her the win. Molly didn't even want to think about it...which meant that as Harmonia pulled herself against her, crying into her shoulder, the Englishwoman was taken completely by surprise. She looked up with a gasp, turning back around to face her girlfriend. But the more she thought about it, the more she knew what this meant. No matter what might get in their way, no matter what fights or what quarrels they might have...their love would always be stronger. Harmonia wasn't mad - at the end of the day, she couldn't let anything get in the way of the love they held for one another.
Molly smiled a little wider, wiping a tear out of her eye. She sniffled, but she nodded her head to Harmonia - and then, she pulled her into an even tighter embrace. "Of course I forgive you, Moni..! No matter what happens, you're...you're still the best thing that ever happened to me, I could never be mad-! So please..."
However, what Harmonia did next caught Molly by surprise. Not content to merely just apologize to her girlfriend, the Austrian had something to say for the whole world! At first, Molly gasped. She wasn't expecting Harmonia to make this big a statement. But then, that just reminded her why she loved her. For as fiery and impetuous as she could be, Harmonia had a heart of gold. She truly cared about the people in her life, and above all else, she wanted to do right for the fans - they weren't just there to feed her ego, no, they were their entire reason for doing what they did! Molly's eyes still watered with tears, but these were tears of joy. And she looked back up at Harmonia, nodding her head as she hugged her even tighter. "I don't want to go anywhere, Moni...I couldn't even imagine losing you-!"
Even the Miller sisters seemed to be willing to make up for their part of things - though Barbara needed a bit of coercing from Jean. Molly winced a little as she watched them disappear into the distance; she was sure this wouldn't be the last she saw of the Millers, and if she knew anything from what she saw today, when they reunited it wouldn't be as friendly as Barbara made it sound. She did smile a little at being called a tough fighter, though, and she stood a little taller; no matter who it came from, Molly was willing to wear the name with pride. All that being said, she turned to look back at Harmonia, and when their eyes met, Molly glanced down with a long sigh. Seeing that look in her eye reminded her that she had something she needed to say, too.
"I mean...I'm the one who should be sorry, Moni," she said. "I'm the one who got you into this mess to begin with...if I didn't insist on you and Barbara playing nice, I mean. I had no idea she'd still be out for you...I just hope you can forgive me, too..."
