''Just like last time let's do ten reps , and then we take an short break before doing another ten reps''said Rita as she watched Nozomi do the exercise.

Nozomi was used to intense training but it was mainly for Keijo this was an entirely new experience and it formed into a routine ten reps then a break ten then break it was almost like clockwork despite the strain on her arms she was liking this help

Rita was impressed that Nozomi was able to keep going as she extended her hand to help her student get to her feet as she felt an break was in order for her new pupil.

Nozomi took the hand as she caught her breath “hey coach would it be ok if we spared with each other”

''Sure , but how about we do that tomorrow as I may have to book us an private room to practice in''replied Rita as she helped Nozomi to her feet.

Nozomi nods “ok but I did want to see what you are like in the ring” she said

''Well why don't you follow me , and we book that room for tomorrow then''replied Rita with an smile.

Nozomi nods and follows Rita almost like a child would a mother

Rita would walk to the front desk as she looked at the person behind the desk as she asked ''can I rent an wrestling ring tomorrow to practice in?''. As she would turn to Nozomi as she asked ''what time would work best for you anyway?''

Nozomi thought about it “well since I’m new here I got a lot of time to spare” she said with a smile
