While the two heels tried to flee when they saw Quetzalcoatl's arrival, Astrea used her last strength to hold back at least one of them, the brain of the group, Vorona, by grabbing her leg to make her slow down. She was not going to let her opponent escape like a coward and wanted to help Quetzalcoatl as best she could.

Unfortunately, the blonde-haired ojou was light and barely slowed her opponent, but her grip was strong enough to keep Vorona from getting out of the ring and that was enough, even if she was at ringside. Except that Vorona wasn't alone and her ally, Winter, wasn't going to let her escape alone. She helped Vorona get a weapon, a metal chair folded to hit Astrea with.

"Ahh!.. Naaaghh!... Gaggh.."

The last cry of pain was less powerful than the first two because Astrea lost her strength at that moment. She released her opponent's leg as she looked at it slightly out of the corner of her eyes, sighing slightly in fatigue and pain as she began to lose consciousness. She took a lot of hits in this match and after the match, it was already a miracle that she found the will to fight for just a few seconds after hearing her best friend's screams.

But at the same time that Astrea had just lost consciousness and had just let go of Vorona, Quetzalcoatl climbed into the ring, at the other end of where Astrea, Vorona and one sidekick were. A choice was offered to the French woman who was very angry, that of throwing herself at her adversaries to avenge her best friend or that of simply saving her best friend... The choice was rather hard, especially under the anger, but the blonde intervened to save Astrea and not to be brutal. She then walked and ran towards her opponents, seeking more to impress them and make them flee rather than attack them so that they would move away from her best friend.

“GET OUUUUUUUUUUUUUUT!!”

Vorona was all action. Tired action, but with still the drive to swing her mass of steel into their body and collide. At long last, Astrea let go. The satisfaction was written on her face with the blood and sweat on her cheeks. She was beginning to bruise. And now…

Quetzacoatl shouted.

Winter turned into a ghost. She wanted to shout a curse at the new blonde woman, but instead clenched her teeth and felt her skin crawl up and down, already waiting outside the ring. Vorona quickly slid out. More like a flop and roll beneath the bottom rope. Winter caught her, then supported her standing upright by hugging her waist and tucking her collar beneath Vorona’s pit so the arm was across.

She glared at the ring from the safety of ringside.

“That was our moment!” Saddened, she frowned.

“Next time, dear.” Vorona replied, then smiled warmly with closed eyes. “We have a lot to celebrate already. Just you and I, for the rest of the evening.” She stood on her own before long, taking Winter’s hand and pulling it along as they left ringside together. Winter skipped to match her stride, then leaned against Vorona’s arm. They went up the ramp and then backstage.

Gone.

Quetzalcoatl, like a wild beast, threw herself at her opponents, hitting her feet with all her might against the canvas to impress them with the noise before finally turning towards her partner when Vorona left the ring. The blonde carried her comrade ojou with both arms, like a princess, before glancing at those who dared to touch her best friend. She exchanged a single glance at the masked wrestler who was Astrea's opponent before exchanging a long look at Winter, grinding her teeth in turn as she saw them leave holding hands, proving that she felt no remorse.

"Tsk. These two!..."

“Quetz?…”

Astrea slowly regained consciousness. She was badly damaged, she was still naked and covered in wounds, particularly on her buttocks and on her forehead which was bleeding a little following the chair shots. Seeing her best friend in this state terribly irritated the Sun Goddess who hugged her partner a little too tightly without realizing it.

“Mmmmh..!”

The little sigh of pain softened Quetzalcoatl who released Astrea slightly.

"Sorry Astrea...I came too late..."

Astrea smiled slightly, not daring to look the blonde in the eyes because of sadness, shame and anger towards herself and her opponents. She had lost that match, again. She was always too weak, too weak to stand next to a wrestler as formidable as Quetzalcoatl... She was ashamed of dragging her friend's name through the mud and making her lose so many matches because of her own weakness.

"You... You're here... That's the most important thing..."

Quetzalcoatl sighed slightly and silently walked out of the ring, keeping her best friend in her arms. Not a sound came out of the mouths of Quetz, Astrea or anyone in the audience. It was silent, a heavy and awkward silence that was felt even through the cameras. Quetzalcoatl picked up Astrea's blue dress that she had thrown away at the start of the match, covering her friend with it as if it were a blanket before finally ending the heavy silence.

“HEY YOU COWARD!!”

Her gaze was turned towards the camera. She wanted to convey a message to Vorona and Winter who were probably somewhere backstage, but this way she was sure that she would receive this message and hear her words.

"ASTREA WILL HAVE HER REVENGE AND I WILL BE THERE TO AVOID YOUR CHEATING AND ESCAPE ! THE GODDESSES OF JUSTICE WILL PUNISH BOTH OF YOU !"

She sighed lightly through her nose and returned to the locker room, turning her back to everyone for the first time. Astrea, for her part, kept her face hidden under her dress and cried silently, did not want to show this weak side to the public and even less to her best friend.
