Viviana didn't hold a grudge - she knew the point of the spar, and she was now more than aware of her shortcomings. Being defeated by Alaina, even if she was holding back, wasn't a case if if. It was a case of when!
Accepting that help in aiding her rise, Viviana came to her feet with her back soon cradled by both hands. Pushing out her front, she'd try to stretch out the ache that the agonising clutch had put upon her, with it naturally somewhat remaining even after the hold was let up.
"Guess we'll see... Thank you Alaina for the spar...Sincerely..." She'd smile, even through the pain as she offered a handshake to the older veteran. To spar with a woman of her calibre alone was more than help alone. But in comparing herself to her sister's own progress? There couldn't have been a better foe.
