The fight had become more intense than Garlim had thought, and although she was not at all happy with the idea of having to submit Alaina in this way, the truth is that each blow carried more weight than the previous one, demonstrating that she was becoming more and more motivated. As soon as Alaina started to shrug, Garlim just kept up the pressure of her blows until Alaina ducked low enough to push her away. The blonde goddess stumbled slightly as Alaina chased after her, but not before grabbing her arm and attempting to apply an armbar.

From one hold to another, Alaina simply looked like some hapless rookie and unable to escape what Garlim threw at her. Now her arm was trapped and again Alaina struggling in another hold back to the start as she was unable to do anything. She leaned into Garlim trying to roll Garlim onto her shoulders to technically put her in a pinning position forcing Garlim to let go of the hold or to let herself get pinned for a three count! It was all Alaina could think of at this moment as she looked more like a training dummy than anything.

Garlim's pressure and growing dominance became increasingly fierce, after she had been beaten, shaken, and treated like trash throughout the fight. Now she made Alaina look like a helpless rookie, to such an extent that, as Alaina struggled to escape, Garlim counterattacked her with one lock after another as if she were two steps ahead.
Alaina had no choice but to push Garlim to the mat to force a pin while still in an armbar. The Amazonian wrestler pressed the blonde goddess's back and shoulders against the mat. This caused a burning sensation on Garlim's back. “Nngh!” The referee approached the intense scene to begin the three-count, but Garlim had already practiced for these situations. The blonde goddess spun back, curled up, holding Alaina's arm tightly as she spun her back into the submission position. “Aaaghhh...” Garlim groaned in pain as she did so, and had to roll onto her back neck. “NnnhH...”
Garlim's voice was a mixture of frustration and pain as she tried to keep Alaina in her grip. Her body tensed, her muscles tensing beneath the skin as she struggled to maintain control, tightening her grip on Alaina's arm even further in response to the Amazon's efforts to escape.
"Ten... Nine... Eight!"
The blonde goddess shifted from concentration to confusion in a split second. Why was the crowd starting a countdown? Was she in a position to restrain Alaina, or was this a countdown to release her? No, that wouldn't make sense. Countdowns always moved forward. "Huh?"

Well Alaina failed. Again. She went from hold to hold and was seemingly unable to escape no matter what she tried to do as her body flopped back to the mat, her attempt to pin Garlim failing just like everything else. Alaina reached up and again pulled her trapped arm towards herself while leaning in towards the pressure again, this time aiming her free fist over at Garlim hoping to strike her face to free herself!
She heard a countdown going but she was ignoring it. She was intent on freeing herself and not looking like some hapless, unskilled rookie in the ring.

Garlim simply maintained her grip while she processed the situation, so when Alaina's fist flew towards her face, the blonde goddess was too engrossed in the intense fight to react in time. Garlim let out a sharp cry as Alaina's fist landed on her cheek.
"Seven... Six"
Garlim jerked her head back, her vision blurring for a moment, completely releasing her grip. She rolled slightly to the side, trying to get back up.

Alaina finally fought her way free rolling away and settling onto her stomach as she shook her head. She gasped for breath and pushed herself to her hands and knees. She was trying to shake off the pain and rise but her body wasn't responding as quickly as she wanted. Not even close.
"Five!"
Alaina grit her teeth and grunted, pushing and staggering as she tried to push herself up to her feet still unsure why these fans were counting. She had no idea what was going on only that she needed to get back to her feet as quickly as she could.
"Four!"
"Three!"

Garlim dropped to her knees as she watched Alaina rise. Garlim faced many struggles in her life, but rarely had she felt life slipping away like this, and the pressure was immense. She couldn't just stand there and do nothing. If Alaina didn't give up, she'd finish her off!
At that moment, an idea struck him—a brutal one, but an idea nonetheless. Alaina's movements were even slower now, and she was staggering as she tried to stand. So Garlim leaned forward and charged quickly toward her.
"Two!"
When Garlim was halfway there, she spun around, raising one leg to deliver a soft kick, then positioned her leg around Alaina's neck. She pushed her back slightly before raising her other leg, using Alaina for leverage, and delivered a powerful back kick straight to her face. The blonde goddess would execute a 90-degree Taekwondo Kick!

Alaina was done being a punching bag. If Garlim expected her to just stand there and get hit or be stationary as she tried to execute whatever she was trying she was mistaken. Alaina heard all that Garlim said and was going to prove her wrong.
The kick came and Alaina initially staggered back but as soon as Garlim's leg came up at her head Alaina moved her arms up to block it and shove Garlim away before stepping to the side. Whatever Garlim was planning failed and Alaina stepped up to grapple with her again and attempt to lock in a hold or pull off a slam of some kind.
"ONE!"

Garlim staggered backward, losing momentum as Alaina blocked the kick and sent her flying. The blonde goddess landed hard on the mat, struggling to catch her breath, her eyes fixed on Alaina as she charged forward. Garlim sat down quickly, knowing Alaina was a skilled wrestler and would be ready for her attack as soon as she lunged.
The two girls grabbed each other and began to grapple on the mat, clinching and striking each other until…
DING, DING, DING, DING!!
The bell rang, signaling the end of the match, with both girls still trying to gain the upper hand in the center of the ring. The referee rushed over to try and separate them, but Garlim still hadn't let go of Alaina, although her holds and strikes had lessened considerably due to the sudden confusion.
Once they separated, it would take the blonde goddess a while to realize the situation.

Alaina was still fighting alongside Garlim before they were separated and the bell rang. She knew immediately what that meant. It was a time limit draw.
"Come on, no draw! Let us finish this to a proper end!" Alaina shouted to the referee and timekeeper as she shook her head. She had her hands on her hips, pacing as she looked down at the mat still shaking her head in disbelief. She could beat her, she knew it. A time limit draw? They had to let them keep going...
