Stunned to even counter what about to happen next. Thereisa turns and slams back first into the steel steps letting out a loud "AAAAAHHHAHHHHH" before slumping to the side clutching her back with her hand, her feet kicking the ground as her back starts to spasm from the pain.

Alaina sent Thereisa crashing in to the steps and moved to give chase trying to catch up to her before she could recover. Alaina picked her up and shoved her back in to the ring knowing that a real 10 count would be at about a 6 right now and no one wanted a count out in a spar. She climbed in after her and Alaina pulled Thereisa up standing behind her. Alaina locked in a full nelson lock and intended to lift Thereisa up in the painful hold before completing the move with a full nelson suplex complete with a bridge to pin Thereisa upon the landing!

Stunned and slouching against the steel steps Thereisa is unable to recover as she is tossed back into the ring. Her back starting to bruise from hitting the steel steps with a lot of force behind it, as she is lifted to her feet with her back to Alaina who takes advantage hooking her in the full nelson hold. She starts to struggle to break the hold but she is lifted off her feet and slammed with a suplex and bridge pin, her legs bent forward as she struggles to kick out of the pin attempt by getting her shoulder off the mat.

Alaina felt Thereisa kick out and she rolled with her letting go of her taller opponent. Alaina bucked herself up and stood up looking to swing her leg up and smash Thereisa with a big boot to the chest as she rose to her feet! Alaina was not going easy, she wanted to prove a point and keep Thereisa motivated. She had to show her the improvements she needed to make as she continued to try to take the fight to her during the spar.

Thereisa was rocked right now. Seeing Alaina on her game was always something that she wanted to face, even during her ban she would watch videos on any up and comers and the Amazon always stood out to her. But even through she respects her opponent she not going to take a loss laying down like this.

Letting out a grunt taking the boot to the chest, slamming back onto the canvas again but using her experience rolls to create space between them leaning against the bottom ropes. "Fuck I felt that one..."

Alaina looked and nodded as she moved in, reaching out to grab hold of Thereisa by the arm to pull her up.

"I know I need to go all in to push you and get you to improve. You are very good maybe even an all-time great... but I want to be the absolute best!" Alaina said as she tried to pull Thereisa close to powerslam her down to the canvas behind her!

"She she still not letting up one bit." Thereisa thinks to herself as she grabbed by the arm and yanked forward.

"AAAAUUUGGGHHH" as in one smooth motion she is back on the canvas from a bone rattling powerslam, her back arched from the pain as she goes limp. Kicking the mat with her feet as she is down but not out, planning one move to change the first around. Alaina words sting but with a glare on her face she vows to make her eat those words.

Alaina sent Thereisa to the mat and got up, pulling Thereisa up with her. Alaina grabbed hold of her arm and hauled her opponent up to her feet. Alaina moved in to grab hold of Thereisa to keep piling on, attempting to lift Thereisa high before smashing her back-first down across her knee to hit a back breaker! Alaina was not about to let up, as she knew Thereisa would be doing the same thing to her had the roles been reversed.

Pulled up again Thereisa is starting to get ragged dolled by her sparring partner again. Recalling the last time was near the end of their PPV match with the chair shots, before taking two finishers from the top rope. 'AAAUUUGHHHHH" as she is slammed back first across her opponent knee, biting her bottom lip trying to push through the pain. Using her flexibility she raises her left leg and slams her knee into the side of Alaina head to stun her.

Alaina takes the hard hit and shoves Thereisa off her knee standing and rubbing the side of her head. She is wobbly but aware of what is going on. Alaina stumbles back a few steps and opts to recover instead of trying to haphazardly try to work over Thereisa who had a counter ready from the back breaker. Alaina knew she had already done a number on her opponent so she was waiting for a chance to hit bigger moves instead of just trying to force it.
