Clash of Champions

Karin wouldn´t even feel how her opponent was suddenly lifted upwards into the air by her opponent. The small girl would groan out loudly as only respond while her opponent holds her in the air for a few moments. Then she was coming down, that was something she was noticing again when her back would hit the old mat of the trainings ring roughly. The whole ring would shake for a moment before the small girl would come to rest and would lay down without moving any more.
Even when tina was trying to pin her Karin wasn´t showing any more signs of life.

"TWO!"

Tina stayed down on top of Karin, holding her to the canvas. She felt like she had surprised Karin with the power bomb variant and was thinking that Karin was down for three. However for all Tina knew Karin still had fight in her. She held her breath waiting to see if the third count would come. Tina's mind was already going and trying to think of a parting present for Karin once the spar had ended....

"THREE!"

"Whew... ya really put up one hell of a fight Karin. You will get rid of that belt before ya know it." Tina said as she rolled off Karin and rose to her feet. Tina offered a hand to help Karin up and smiled. "Ever learn how to pull off a teardrop suplex? I feel like it is a move that suits your style nicely."

Karin would be still down and out after the three count was done. She wasn´t feeling so well, the world would be spinning around her right now and she couldn´t find a fix point to focus on.
But still though tina did plant her down like a seat, Karin was impressed by the middleweight champion. “that was sooo cool…” would Karin say after ther other woman helped her back to her feet. “how you turning this strange situation into a full out powerbomb, making the whole ring shake!” Karin would smirk still feeling how her knees where week and her legs were shaking under her body.
She would look up to the bigger woman with a little confused look on her face. “teardrop suplex? Never heard of it? Can I really pull of a suplex?” would Karin ask, a little bit unsure about this situation. She would scratch the back of her head and look up to the bigger woman.

"Oh yeah, you can for sure. You lift with your whole body and its more of a swinging motion so there is no doubt in my mind that you can pull this off. Lemme find a dummy to show ya." Tina said as she set off to find a 120b practice dummy to demonstrate the move for Karin. It took a little time but Tina was successful in her search, finding the right weight dummy.

"Ok, so ya grab it like this...." Tina said, trying to speak while showing the starting position of the move. "...and then lift like this and then.... BANG!" Tina said as she went through he motions of the move. Tina did it again, going slowly to show Karin each stage of the move then demonstrating a few more times, each repitition more quickly than the last to show how the fluid move was supposed to look in the match.

Karin would only nod when the other woman was saying that she was looking for a trainings dummy. As soon as the middleweight champion did left the ring, Karin would start to stumble around. Soon after she would fall on her butt leaning backwards against the ring ropes. Seems like tina´s power bomb did a bigger number on her that she thought… The small girl was breathing in and out deeply trying to recover as good as she could when suddenly, tina would reenter with the dummy. “these things always put a shiver down my spine when I see them!”, would Karin say to Tina while she was pulling herself back up with the ropes.

Closely and carefully Karin would watch how tina was grabbing the dummy, and how she was elevating it off the ground putting it in a high position before throwing herself backwards with it. When the two were coming down the whole ring would shake under the feet of the small Japanese girl. After this tina would repeat that over and over again slamming the manikin into the ground a few times, while Karin tried to memorize it as good as she could.
When the woman with the short hair was done Karin would step up, bending down to grab the manikin like the other woman did before her. Using all of her strength, Karin would try to lift up the dummy, it was even slower than Tina. She would bit her lips trying to do everything as her trainer showed her. Halfway up Karin would suddenly start to struggle feeling how she lost the balance and was stumbling forwards. She would drop to one knee and put the manikin back onto the mat.
A little bit ashamed she looked over her shoulder. “sorry, I got this… give me another try…!”
Karin would try to get back into the start position slowly. Again using all her strength in her legs and back to push into the doll, shoving it upwards in a very slow paste. And the doll was rising again. this time Karin was looking out for her stable stand. The doll was wondering up until it was almost sitting on the shoulder of the small girl. Then she threw herself backwards as hard as she could, trying to fall backwards, taking the doll along. Karin and the doll would land almost at the same time on the mat, making Karin groan out loudly after she landed.

Tina watched and kept a close eye on everything silently. She took note of everything Karin was doing trying to make note of adjustments to make. As Karin kept at it her second attempt hit home Tina smiled and clapped!

"Keep at it, that second attempt was good! The more you practice a move the better you will be with it!" Tina said as she offered to help Karin up one more time.

Karin would feel how Tina would help her back up to her feet again. The small girl would smirk a little bit before without any warning she would lean forwards going for a hug with the bigger woman. “thank you tina!” Would the small girl say with a happy look on her face. “thanks for believing in me!” Karin would then pull backwards blushing very, very strongly. “I am sorry…!” she would say.

"Of course, anytime! I am happy to help." Tina said with a grin, knowing how Alaina felt the first time she worked with Tina or so Tina imagined. Karin then apologized and that caught Tina off guard. She looked confused as she tilted her head to the side and stood with her hands on her hips. "What are ya sorry for? Ya got nothin' to be apologizing for Karin!" Tina said trying to figure out what in the world Karin was trying to say sorry for.

Karin would smirk a little bit, before she would look upwards. “it might be dreaming right now but now I got another target for law… another dream you could say so. I not only wanna get rid of the loser belt… “ karin would take a short break before breathing in trying to get her self-confident back. “I also want to face you one day in the ring!” she would say looking up to the bigger woman. “and give you a real fight! Not something like that here!”

"Haha I love the confidence, I feel like you are well on your way to righting the ship already. Ya know how to get hold of me so when that time comes you just let me know what match ya want and when you want it. I'll face ya anytime Karin." Tina said with a grin and wink. "Just remember that I won't go easy on ya and I'm gonna do all I can to beat ya." Tina made sure to add, making sure Karin knew that Tina would be taking her seriously inside the ring just like she did anyone she faced to defend her title.
