Honey Bee is an OC of someone on the board - someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe those are generally off limits forever.

Honie B. Bea is the created OC of dddybee and he has said that he’s taking a hiatus from LAW which might be a full retirement. That’s his character forever and can’t be used unless he allowed someone to adopt her. As for the others, as far as I know, they should be free.

People keep talking about Honie but Flare, QT and Meringue also are OCs from LAW users, it's quite insane that nobody pointed that.
Yatsul is also an OC.
Even if the users don't rp or are in hiatus,
DO NOT USE SOMEONE'S ELSE OC.
