There it was, her first loss in LAW. At least it wasn't at the hands of some wannabe gaijin. Still, it was unfortunately to someone cocky and full of herself like Toshimi. Ryuko quietly got up to her feet and wobbled as she stood, her body still wracked with agony. Each movement brought a renewed surge of pain. She glared over at Toshimi and kept a stone stare. "You were better today, yes. Don't get cocky and think you are superior though. You were just as close to defeat as I was before that hold was applied." Ryuko said matter of factly.

Toshiba did earn the win, and she wasn't taking away from that. She just wanted Toshimi to realize that it could have gone either way. Even if she didn't show it, knowing that she could make Toshimi realize that and put a dent in her air of superiority would be good enough for Ryuko. After a moment she turned away, quietly making her way to the ropes and climbing through, landing gingerly before hobbling her way up the ramp in defeat.

Toshimi Minami would keep her head turned to the side and looking down ad Ryuko Yoshida as soon enough the Thundering one rose up towards her feet. She looked short of breath, drenched in sweat much like Toshimi was and a bit worse for wear if the raven haired woman was being honest. Yet, the prideful dragon looked just like that. A prideful warrior even in defeat, the Rising Dragon stepped up a step closer and spoke.

After her words were done, Toshimi took a deep breath and sighed, she turned towards the brunette. She was honestly fairly happy that she hadn't broken the spirit of Thunder Ryuko. The raven haired beauty would keep her arms at her sides and then nod her head. " Very well." She spoke in a cold manner as she looked on at Thunder Ryuko. " I'm glad you remain prideful, little dragon." Minami spoke out as she would then fold her arms under her impressive chest. " Feel free to come at me anytime. I will more than happy prove to you each and every time that I'm superior. Even if you are too much of a fool to see it tonight, one day you will." Toshimi Minami spoke out in her usual cold and collected tone.

" Knowing you however, I know you'll never stop trying. Which is commendable." Toshimi nodded to Ryuko as she would then watch the woman turn around and start to walk out of the ring. " Until next time, little dragon."
