L.A.W. - League of Anime Wrestling

Kyoko had given a valiant effort, and the match had been a long and hard-fought one. But even with all the dirty tricks in her arsenal, and all she had unleashed on Lily over the course of their bout, there was one thing she didn't have on her side - experience. Lily had been in this business far longer than the young delinquent had, and she had seen it all before. And now, as she delivered Kyoko into the mat in a thunderous slam, she was ready to take things back!

A cheer went out through the crowd, lauding Lily for the strength and passion that had shone through in countless matches over the years. "YOU'VE STILL GOT IT!! YOU'VE STILL GOT IT!!" rang down from the stands. But none of it reached Kyoko's ears. She had been knocked next to unconscious against the force of the Sniper Driver, and the world around her was spinning. Dazed as she was, Kyoko barely knew what was happening to her as Lily lifted her leg to the sky, hooking it for the pin - and moments later, the final count came.

"THREE!!!"

The fans were already sure what would happen, but they cheered again nonetheless! Lily had beaten the odds, fighting through everything Kyoko had thrown at her, and emerged victorious! The bell rang, and Kyoko's chest heaved with a labored gasp, her body limp and sore below the veteran.

As Lily pinned Kyoko, she heard the chants from the crowd, and she couldn't help but smile a little. While she wasn't too old for that sort of chant, she thought that this kind of reaction was nice too. She would let it be for now as she maintained her position on top of Kyoko, listening to the referee counting the pin up to the third count.

"THREE!"

And with that, the match was over. Huffing, Lily let go of Kyoko's leg as she would pick herself up, standing triumphantly as the referee raised her arm, declaring her the victor. She had shown it to everyone that it was thanks to her skill and experience that allowed her to stand victorious over the much younger woman.

When Lily let go of Kyoko, the delinquent sunk back into the canvas, her body weight pulling her down to drop her flat against the mat. She looked up at the lights through glazed-over eyes, still barely managing to register what was going on around her. The last few moments of her life had been a whirlwind, and it was still one she was trying to recover from - even the cheers Lily was getting barely reached her ears.

Nevertheless, Kyoko managed to bounce back just as quickly as she'd been laid low. Suddenly she jolted back to her senses, sitting straight up and looking back at her opponent with wide eyes. "What happened!? Did I win?!" she exclaimed - only to realize a moment later what the answer was, from the sight of Lily's arm lifted in triumph as she basked in the cheers of the fans. "...oh," she muttered, sinking back down with a huff and a pout. "Well...I could've done it!"

Lily relished in her victory, basking in the cheers of the crowd. She wasn't like her sister who would cheerfully celebrate her victory, but there was a smile on the older Sniper sister's face. As she stood there, she noticed that Kyoko seemed to have regained her consciousness, and after hearing her words, Lily flashed a grin at her.

"Try again if you're strong enough, girl."

After leaving those words to her opponent, Lily would then make her exit, slipping through the ropes and making her way out, her music triumphantly playing from the loudspeakers. With another win under her belt, Lily knew that she gained more prestige from this victory. By winning enough wins, she would surely become a huge deal here in LAW.
