Re: Damien Williams vs. Blair Dame - It's Been A While

The crowd yelled in shock as Blair Dame went tumbling forward, and with good reason. It wasn’t simply the violence of the move itself, but who was on the giving end - this was not the sort of daredevil thing that Blair Dame typically did. Her time in LAW had shown her to be a mostly grounded combatant, preferring to stick with safer moves. Kicks, suplexes, crushing scissors, the like. This sort of brinksmanship was out of her wheelhouse, or so they thought.
It was just a testament to how much Damien was pushing her, in Blair Dame’s eyes. For him, she had to go for broke and exhaust all options.
And it worked, magnificently. Their combined weight slammed into the steps, hitting with a resonating crash that they nearly broke them apart. She herself wound up slamming down on her shoulders, but that bit of pain was worth it to exact so much more on him.
She broke away from him, grabbed the ring apron and pulled up to her feet so she could sag against it, catching her breath. Above her the referee counted, already reaching ”4!”, but she wasn’t about tog back inside just yet. She was getting old, and after such exertion, she needed to sit for a spell.
So Blair sat.
On Damien’s face.
She settled down on his face, leaned back, used her full weight to pin his skull to the steel steps, smothering away as she leaned back. She closed her eyes, rolled her neck, and settled down, thoroughly enjoying the moment. ”Deja vu, all over again.” She looked over her shoulder towards Brittney and waved at the announce table, directing her attention to one of the commentators' unopened water bottles. "I've a thirst, dear."
