Cecilia saw Lisbeth glaring back at her - and it was a lovely sight, one that brought a smile to her face. Oh yes, the girl was mad - that was exactly as she had hoped. But the anger in Lisbeth wasn't bothering her. Cecilia wasn't afraid. She knew how impotent Liz's threat was, when it was coming from the woman lying beaten and broken at her feet, with no more fight in her. Now, she thought, it'd just be a matter of time - and the less Lisbeth liked it, all the better. She might as well rub it in a little, for good measure. "Oh, did I hurt your feelings?~ I'm only telling it how it is."
The brunette continued, locking Liz into her finisher. She could almost anticipate it now. If Liz knew what was good for her, she'd submit - but even if she didn't, with her usual testy personality, Cecilia would just get more opportunity to torment her. After all the pain Liz had put her through, she couldn't help but see this outcome as a win-win. She stood triumphant, putting on a show of Liz's defeat, while the blonde could only scream in-
Wait. No. She wasn't screaming. What was this about? Somehow, Liz wouldn't put on any outward show of pain, even when Cecilia was bending her joints and compressing her head at the same time. She was rather impressed with her resolve, but that wasn't the reaction Cecilia wanted. She wanted Liz to admit she would never be on her level, in her own words, or at least as far as they could be called words. And she wasn't tapping, either. Though she relished in causing pain, Cecilia's patience could only last so long. Some time or later, this would have to end.
"You really know how to piss people off. You know that?" Cecilia whispered to Liz, making sure her words would be heard only by her opponent - this was meant for her and only her, not the audience. It was personal, here. Liz had done enough already; Cecilia wouldn't have her deny her a victory. But Cecilia had her ways. As she growled low under her breath, Cecilia moved one foot over to step on Liz's hair as it hung beneath her upside-down head, then pulled back harder on her legs, hoping this would send an additional shock of pain through her foe. It was only fitting for someone who had proved so irritating.
