Kamen Moon could feel her body sinking into Emily’s, while the young woman’s firm arms wrapped round her head. Emily’s words burned in Moon’s ears, and her cheeks flushed redder than her heroic mask. Everything sounded underwater, even the fan chants. Kamen Moon listened, tried to drown out the voice in her head that told her she was about to fail, and let down the arena full of people she was trying to be the hero, for. An arena that was about to watch the heroine fall, right before her very eyes.

“Ka-men Moon! Ka-men Moon!”

“Can you continue?” The ref asked again, picking up Moon’s arm by the wrist. The limb flopped down to her hip, slapping the flesh hard. Moon winced, drool starting to run down her cheek from the corner of her mouth. The heroine needed something. She needed to rally, just one more time …

“Ka-men Moon!”

The ref raised Kamen Moon’s hand a second time. Moon flexed, tightening the muscles in that arm. She’d come back from the brink before, risked serious injury in the name of pursuing victory before. She told herself she just had to hang in there, and do it one more time! Moon made a fist, and the chants grew louder!

Knowing she only had one chance at this, Kamen Moon went for a desperation counter. Moon threw both of her hands behind her back, wrapping them around Emily’s head. With what little strength was still in her body, Moon would throw herself forward. She lacked the power for most drops, but the youthful heroine just needed to drop her weight. Lunging forward, Moon hoped she could yank Emily forward with her, breaking up the sleeperhold with a sudden cutter!

The only thing Emily could hear now was the crowd chanting for her opponent. While it was quite an unwelcome event, the brunette figured it would be over soon. After all from the looks of it Kamen Moon was on the brink of defeat. Keeping her grip on the woman she'd continue whispering into her ear. "C'mon just give up. Do you reeaalllllly want all of your fans seeing you KOed? All limp on the floor?" She asked, trying to coax Moon into throwing in the towel. Of course Emily had no problems finishing the match that way but she would have felt bad had she not at least given her foe the option of tapping out there.

"It's already over. You l..." She started to say before suddenly the heroine's arms shot up and her hands wrapped around Emily's head. Before she had time to react Moon had already thrown herself forward and dropped down, taking the unsuspecting Emily with her. Dragged down by Kamen Moon, the sudden impact jolted Emily who felt it run down the rest of her body. "Gaaaaghhhh!" She cried out, almost immediately releasing her opponent from her grasp and then rolling onto her side. After a few moments of writhing in pain Emily would slowly come to a stop on her side, now just groaning to herself as she tried regain her senses.

Kamen Moon had suffered greatly in Emily’s sleeper. The strong young woman’s grip was tight, and air was in short supply for the suffering heroine. Kamen Moon could feel her limbs getting heavy, her eyelids fighting against her as she tried to keep them open. Even the chants of the fans were sounding more distant, almost underwater …

But Emily’s words rang loud and clear in her ears, and those words inspired a great deal in Kamen Moon. Her heart ached at the thought of letting her fans down, of failing as their heroine. She just couldn’t let them see her like that, couldn’t let them see her fall! Desperation fueled Kamen Moon’s cutter, and it found the mark!

As Emily cried out and rolled across the ring, Kamen Moon fell. First to her knees, where she let out a loud sob of pain. Then, Kamen Moon fell to her front. Splayed out, spread eagle, the masked heroine gasped for air. Kamen Moon grasped at her throat, still choking, trying to massage herself until she could breathe easy again. Beneath her mask, Moon’s face was red, tear-soaked, but she clenched her fist. Both women remained on the canvas a moment, both seeming to be suffering. The ref called out to both of them, before starting a count that would determine if the match could still continue.

“ONE! … TWO!”

Still in pain, Emily rolled onto her stomach and would lay her forehead on the canvas. The match was dragging on way too long for the woman who found that trading moves with her opponent was a lot harder than she had thought. The woman wanted nothing more than to just take a nice nap then. It would have been much easier on her to just stay down after all. She couldn't let it end like that. If Kamen Moon wanted the win she was going to have to take it. Taking a deep breath, Emily planted her hands on the mat. The woman groaned as she slowly but surely pushed herself up off the ground.

Despite Emily's best efforts though she had only managed to push herself up a few inches before coming to a halt. Panting, she struggled to keep her arms from wobbling and giving out under her own weight. She tilted her head to look at her opponent, hoping that the other woman hadn't made any more progress than she had.

"FIVE! ... SIX!" The referee continued to count.

"Come on...get up...get up!" Emily mumbled to herself, trying to motivate her body to move despite all of its protests up to this point. She only had a few more moments but she was positive it would be enough to force herself back up to her feet, however wobbly the process would be.

Kamen Moon tried to force herself up to her feet, but all the girl could manage was one pathetic, full-body twitch. Face pressed into he canvas, long black hair covering her face completely, Moon bit her lip. Pressing her forehead against the mat, the heroine tried to summon the strength to just get up. It was harder than such a simple action had any right to be, after everything that this fight with Emily had taken out of her …

“Nnngghhh ...” Moon moaned, lifting her head off the canvas. “Nn-nnooo … Not like this …” Moon’s shoulders trembled as she planted her palms against the mat. The ref was counting, the fans were screaming, and Moon was absolutely certain a tough girl like Emily would be on her boots again any minute. Moon couldn’t let herself be left behind now- clenching a fist, Kamen Moon pounded the mat, trying to get the fans to respond by clapping along!

“SEVEN!”

Kamen Moon surged, shoulders flexing. Her toned ass flexed, and she shoved hard enough to push herself up onto all fours. Her fans surged, some of them getting up and clapping. Moon groaned loudly, letting out a cry as she kipped up from her hands and knees and back onto her feet. Her ponytail whipped into the air, and her entire toned body flexed! Moon spun around on her heel, spreading her legs into a wide stance as she faced her foe. Mask wetted with tears and sweat, bangs matted against her face, Kamen Moon raised her fingers in a ‘V’ sign over her eye, trying to strike a dramatic pose that would make her look much more confident than she felt, at the moment!

Slowly but surely Emily was wobbling her way back to her feet. She was hating every moment of it though. Her body ached, sweat was dripping down her face, and worst of all the audience were all changing Moon's name. Emily would be sporting a frown as she rose to her feet and faced her opponent. That expression didn't last too long however as she couldn't help but cracking a smile as she saw Kamen Moon give the crowd a dramatic pose. It was certainly cute and had she not been tasked with defeating the heroine, Emily certainly would have been eager to see more of her in action.

With a weak smile Emily looked directly at Moon. "Alright 'Hero'. You obviously can't go on." She said, now trying to play up the dramatics. If Moon was still putting on a show then it would just be plain rude for Emily not to try and help. "Let's finish this! I'm gonna put you down for good!" She declared in a voice much more confident than she was actually feeling. In truth she could barely go on herself but felt that one more good maneuver was something she could pull off. Either way she'd try to make the last of her energy count and raised her hands, looking to lock up with Moon one final time.

“Hey,” Kamen Moon gasped, sweat running down her face, “I can do this all day!” The masked heroine was on wobbly legs, but her voice was firm. Striking a heroic pose had gotten Moon’s fans riled up, and they were waiting to see what the rookie heroine would pull off next. Moon’s heart was pounding, and her heart was racing, her chest heaving as she fought to refill her body with air. Her belly contracting and expanding, Moon felt as if the fan rally had brought her back to life, in a fashion, and she couldn’t let them down now. Moon wanted to throw everything into a massive, last-ditch move. A superkick, a sunset flip … Instead, however, Emily followed her taunt up by raising hands and looking for a lock up!

Moon bit her lip, raised her arms, and returned the lock-up with Emily. Moon’s arms flexed, and she gripped Emily as tightly as her tired arms would allow her to. Moon flexed her legs, tensing her glutes and putting some pressure on Emily. Moon shifted her shoulders up, trying to take a dominant position while testing her opponent’s strength. Emily wanted one more lock-up, one more contest between them. Emily had proven a worthy foe, so Kamen Moon felt honor bound to give her one hell of a contest!

Emily lunged forth, locking up with Moon. Unfortunately she was too exhausted to do much in the way of pushing and was just hoping her body weight would do the trick. It appeared Kamen Moon's sheer will was pushing her forward though and despite her best effort Emily found herself on the defensive. While she thought she might be able to get one over on a tired opponent it was apparent that the heroine was not going to go down as long as she still had an ounce of fight left in her. "Nnnng...just give up hero!" She groaned.

Straining her body, Emily would do whatever she could to keep up with Moon. She felt the fatigue catching up to her fast though. In an attempt to gain some ground Emily would lower her body and then try to quickly push forward and ram her elbow into her foe's chest. She knew it wouldn't do too much damage to the heroine but she wanted some room to work. After all if she wasn't able to act fast she was now worried that she wouldn't be able to act at all.

Kamen Moon kept pouring on the pressure. However, as she pushed back against Emily with all her might, the heroine was starting to feel herself falter. Arms tired, legs and back hurting, willpower was the only thing driving the heroine onward. Her shoulders trembled, her toned ass and legs quivered. Kamen Moon bit her lip and kept the pressure on, hoping she was right when she thought she felt Emily start to falter …

“N-never,” Kamen Moon grunted, pressing on, “never gonna give up!” Moon wanted these fans to see her as a heroine, and that meant never backing down. Emily had intimidated Moon early on, but now the heroine felt like she had victory in hand, if she could just keep pressing on!

“Hhhggnn!” Moon’s forward momentum came to a sharp halt, however, as Emily’s elbow shot forward and caught her right between her breasts! The damage of the blow wasn’t great on its own, but Moon had pressed herself straight into it. Beneath her mask, her eyes widened, and her mouth dropped open. Kamen Moon immediately abandoned the hold, falling back while wrapping both arms around her aching chest. If Emily wanted some room between them, Moon was forced to give it to her, left sucking wind and reeling by the sudden blow!

Emily managed a strike against her opponent. That however was all she managed. Sweat dripping down her body she would stand there panting, unable to will her body to move for a few moments. Leaning forward she'd fall against the heroine, her body slapping against Moon's. Her mind knew exactly what would end this match but unfortunately the test of her was having difficulty keeping up. She only needed a little more energy though. Just one more push.

With the last of her energy Emily would try to slip behind Moon. The woman had to be short of breath and if she could only wrap her arms around the heroine's neck she might be able to finish her off. Even better she might be able to pull her down to the ground and wrap her legs around the woman to squeeze any remaining air out. Now all that was left was execution. She just needed to grab her foe and hold on. Then she could whisper in the heroine's ear that it was all over.
