"Uuugh...ghhhh..."

No matter how much Navi tried to move under Katsumi's body, she didn't have any strength left to try and kick out of the pin. In addition, Kat was attempting to twist her body in such a way to make things even more difficult for the blonde.

She continued to resist, yet unable to lift her shoulders off the mat, as the referee's hand was slowly lowering for the third and final time....

Twisting in the sense of grinding her stomach down hard upon Navi's to keep her down, absolutely. It's a thrill, using her toned core to hold down an opponent. She knows she's a skinny little thing, compared to a lot of the girls in this federation. Kind of a mark of pride. And it's only made sweeter against the backdrop of the disrespect and rampant brutality she's been shown tonight.

Nevermind that Katsumi sort of struck first, who's counting, shut up!

The punkette's teeth grit, anxiety built up. The referee's hand raises and swings down.

"THREE!"

Katsumi's jaw slacks briefly, then pulls into a bright, even radiant smile, despite her fatigue and wear. The sound of the bell is like an angelic dulcimer.

*DING* *DING* *DING*

It takes her a moment, but Katsumi pulls herself to sit up on her knees beside Navi. She regards her fallen foe with nothing but disdain, going so far as to shove her face to the side with a hand on her cheek. "Basic-ass bitch." Could've been worse. She could've spit back on her. Her wrist is taken, and she wobbles up to her feet so that her hand can be held aloft.

There's such a chorus of praise and cheer from the audience, it's almost alien. They must really hate this Navi chick. But she's mostly focused on the electrifying sensation of their support. That smile makes a full return as the announcer calls her name, basking.

"THREE!!!"

The bell would ring, signalling Katsumi's victory, right as the mean French blonde was coming to, her face shoved away by her rival. As Katsumi's music played to signify her victory, the blonde knew exactly what happened...

She was angry. She wanted to beat Kat into the ground for mocking her and then beating her...but that would make her look like a sore loser.

She quietly rolled to the floor, holding her hurting head and stomach, making her way towards the back to the people in front row booing her, barely hearable due to the overwhelming positive response for the victor in the contest.

Navi wouldn't give a crap about the haters, and instead, disappeared into backstage...and planning to "meet" Katsumi another way later...

Navi's exit from the ring doesn't go unnoticed! And Katsumi is, if nothing else, petty. With a wicked, albeit tired smile, she trots to the closest facing turnbuckle and climbs the ropes. Boots perched at the mid-level, the Punk Princess leans forward; her wicked smile swapped for a wide one of a more saccharine variety.

"Everybody say 'Byyyeee, Naaavi~!'" There's a broad, theatric wave to the departing blonde. Some audience members dutifully chime into the mockery of Navi. After all, Navi's shockingly disliked tonight, it seems. They were already booing her! Katsumi drops down from her perch with a light wobble, head still hazy from the piledriver onslaught. She grips the top rope just for extra security, then plays it off with a smaller, subdued smile. Nothing wrong here! She's in top shape!

Katsumi slips the ropes and hits the ground level on her feet, before making her way back up the ramp. Normally, she'd offer a pair of palms in cocky acknowledgment of the fans at either side. Tonight, however, is different. The fan reaction was different. The tone of the match was different. Tonight, Katsumi was the hero. And as she's making her way by the fans, their energy is making her giddy again. So, albeit uncharacteristically, Katsumi is turning to slap high-fives and shoot a mixture of winks and fingerguns at the shouting masses as she departs.

Her mind is everywhere but on Navi.

"Grrrrrrrrrhh...", Navi let out an animalistic growl towards Kat, as her attention shifted away from the blonde, and onto the cheering fans.

"I will...fucking...end her...", she would tiredly mutter, with no one in the audience noticing her promise, their attention squarely on the match's winner...

As the blonde plotted her revenge, she continued onwards backstage. As Kat high fived as many people as she could, all Navi did was blow off anyone paying attention to her with a middle finger into their face, before finally arriving at the curtain, and exiting the stage...
