Alicja wasn't great at conserving her energy so when the first strike connected and knocked her off of her rhythm, it started catching up to her. She was keeping up with a pro for a while now, she couldn't however keep that up forever as it soon became clear with Astrid's next attack taking her completely off her feet and crushing down to the mat where she was an easy target.

Astrid was able to break her opponent's flow , and as an result disrupt her rhythm as she had taken down Alicja with an clothesline. As she would afterwards go towards the corner as she took an deep breath as she waited for Alicja to get up. Since she planned on ending this spar with an bang as she would run straight at her opponent as she would drive her knee into the other wrestler's face as she went for Charge of the Valkyries

Alicja took a moment to get back up, something she might as well have not bothered with as she found her partner charging at her full speed. Still dizzy from before and tired from the spar, she could only gasp, trying to raise her hands to her head to defend but she would be too slow. A thunderous sound echoed throughout the gym followed by a quieter thud as Alicja fell to the ground, bearly staying conscious at all.

Astrid's knee would collide with her opponent's head as she watched as her sparring partner would fall to the canvas. Motionless for all it seemed as the blond would roll her opponent onto her back as she would cover her as she said ''one......twoo..''ás she waited to see if Alicja would manage to kick out before she could count to three.

Alicja remained on the ground, only making a slight groan as her consciousness returned but was unable to move a muscle, making it just a mater of counting to three for Astrid to wrap this sparing up.

Astrid would keep Alicja down as she heard the young lioness groan as she said ''Three''as she then got off the other wrestler as she said ''well what was an good sparring sessions if I can say so myself''

Alicja would take a moment to collect herself before sitting up, rubbing her head. "Damn, I'm gonna feel that knee for a while... Thanks though, I think I learned a lot from this." She said, getting up with a smile despite the pain.

''''Yeah it never gonna get any easier taking an hit to the head. So would suggest you try to dodge next time''teased Astrid as she would held out an hand in case Alicja wanted some help getting back to her feet

Alicja accepted the hand and got up to standing, rolling her eyes at the comment but still smiling. "Right, I could have dodged... Why did I not think of that?" She joked looking at Astrid. "I owe you for that, if you ever need something, just let me know." She said, genuinely thankful that someone would take their time to help her train

''Most seem to forget that they can just dodge the other wrestler's attack. Why do you think that Samoa guy was so popular. Rather then stand their like an idiot to get crossobody or moonsaulted on he just moved out of the way. As for repaying me . Well I am certain I can come up with something in the future''retorted Astrid as she was sure to find something she could get Alicja to help her with.
